Going thru the drive thru at this white castle is absolutely the worst one I’ve been to I went there Saturday night around 9 pm and the kid at the window was very rude and him and all the other workers just stood at the window laughing and making comments I had to wait fourty minutes just for a ten sack and twenty chicken rings I’m definitely not going back

The food was incredible, we did have to wait why they rebooted their system in the Drive-Thru which took about 10 minutes but the food was worth the wait because it was fantastic! The food does make you a little gassy, but just Pop a Gas-X and keep moving! Don’t go to bed on this stuff.

Ordered 10 sliders with cheese. Got home and began to eat then noticed the bread tasted terrible. It had that freezer burnt taste and it was overwhelming. I called to let them know about the bread and they said to bring them back for a refund. Its about a 20 min drive at 130am. I said I cant right now its late and I just worked a 12hr shift. The reply was “well, I dont know what your problem is then. If your not coming back with the food I cant do anything for you.” I said “okay?” Kind of taken back by his response to which he hung up. Crazy.
