I pre-placed a large order for a pop up event and with traffic I ended up being a little bit late to pick up my order >30 mins and they let me know it would take a minute because they were going to remake the order to ensure freshness and quality. Not only is that way above and beyond customer service for something that was not their fault in an any way but shows the pride in delivering a high standard of food regardless of the situation.
I will absolutely order catering from them again and I will be a better patron and call them the second if I run into any delay so they are prepared however they need! I order a lot for work at a variety of establishments and this has been a positive notable one!

There are no White Castles near where I live so we were happy to see one while traveling. The jalapeño cheese was new to me since I last had their food but it was very good. The elders were exactly as I remembered them.

Needed a quick option for lunch after viewing our granddaughter graduate. We enjoy Krystal at home, so we investigated the Yankee version. The sliders were very good with plenty of onions. The French fries were the best. Arby’s could learn a thing or two about how to make excellent crinkle fries.

Got a variety of things for family, but I ordered regular white castles with no cheese (blah) and extra pickles. I got half of my order and no extra pickles. I did get someone else’s order though – fish sandwiches.

Overall enjoy this location. Only issue I run into is on late nights, they don’t offer all items. Tried to order some ‘1921’ sliders and they said they were discontinued. But I can’t find anything that agrees with this statement.

The employee working the drive thru at 4am today was very rude and seemed very irritated about what I had ordered. I like coming here late night because I work night shift and the full menu is offered. I have never had a problem until now, but my experience was so negative that I don’t know if i will be back.

Food was okay, better than the last White Castle I was at in Michigan. It was warm so that’s a plus for a late night visit lol. They forgot half our sauces and messed up our order, forgetting 2 sides, but gave us an extra slider. I’m sure they would have fixed in no problem as the staff seemed nice, but it was a 3am visit and I didn’t care to come back to fix it lol.

I would give one star, but I was really happy with the customer service before I got my food but when I got my food, it was terrible overcooked super hard.And I was on the way to work so I couldn’t go back and let them know. Just really disappointedI haven’t had white castle in a long time. But someone gave me a gift card.So and said they had breakfast now and I was really excited to try the breakfast because breakfast is my favorite meal. Once again, store employees were great.Food was just so hard so overcooked.I couldn’t eat.It was disappointed in the food

I just went thru to grab a milkshake and the gentleman that was working there was super nice and the place was so clean when I’m back on this side of town for work definitely be going back there maybe get food next time since the place was so clean and staff being nice highly recommend this location
