This location is disgusting. The lobby floor looks like it has not been washed in over a week. The staff acted as if the customers in the lobby did not exist. They made sure to make no eye contact or actually wait on the customers. I had to call a team member behind the window for service and they looked at me like I was bothering them. I hope a manager actually looks at this location. Clean up the place and get Staff that actually wants to work and wait on customers. White castle deserves more than the staff it has.

So you know I had to stop, lol! I gotta drive 2 hours to get some white castle lol but i was in the area for a meeting and couldn’t wait for the meeting to be over to go get me some burgers, lol. The highlight of my trip . I just can’t understand WHY White Castle closed all the restaurants in Cleveland?? It was always packed!!! I love the breakfast sliders, mannnnn lol! It was sooooo good! Mmm! My burger, too! And oh cant forget my fish nibblers!! I sureeee missed them lo. They got my order done fast, and the lady who took my order was really nice! No compliants here! Please open back up in Cleveland somewhere lol! Pretty please lol

Stopped after a long ride home… never been to White Castle before… restaurant is a bit dirty and bathrooms need a little TLC… the food was great for fast food and the staff/ service was great but the highlight was our cashier… she was so friendly and a welcome smiling face after being in the car for 10 hours… I don’t know your name but thank you…

The food is always great, and the staff is friendly. Very unreliable timelines though: depending on who’s on staff, a single order can take about 5 minutes to 20 minutes to complete. That’s fine if I don’t have to be somewhere, but if I’m on a time crunch I can’t predict how long I have to wait for my order.
The atmosphere is what anyone would expect, not updated by any means. Sometimes the dining hall floor is sticky and dirty, which isn’t a deal-breaker, but it’s inconvenient.

It was good. Haven’t had white castle in a long time because there isn’t a location within 60 miles of where I live. Just got the number 1. Forgot how good those onions could be. Sliders were really good. Fries weren’t much to write home about. I enjoyed it, but not enough to make a road trip for them.
