The lady working the facility was short, like she was preoccupied with something else, and the burgers I ordered had definitely been sitting for sometime, the bottom bun and the burger were tough, and crunchy. For the amount of money we paid the good quality wasn’t that good. Don’t know if it is just this one restaurant or the whole chain! Too expensive for the food we got and the drinks was not marked the gal at the window said I tried to mark the diet one trying does not fo a type 1 diabetic any good so I had nothing to drink with my meal but paid for a drink grrrr

Placed an online order and commented no onion on crave case as my husband has a bad reaction to onions. Got food home and there were onions on every slider. If I pay $50+ for food and get sub-par results, I’m likely not to return. Oh, I did try to call to confirm that the comment a few times and it went to voice mail. I don’t think I’ll get a call back.
Update: didn’t get a call back as expected and the food tasted weird. The entire box minus 4 sliders that I choked down found a new home in the trash. Not recommended and very much doubtful I will be going back.

you guys need to seriously consider who you’re putting in the drive through. Whoever was working today was the most rude worker I have ever experienced and did not serve professionalism as it should be when having an interview.

It’s a “family tradition” that this is ALWAYS a stop on our way home from the airport. We do not live close to a White Castle. Therefore, when we drive back home (2 hours away) it’s always a “tradition” that we grab food on the way home to officially “end” our vacation.

The guy in drive thru can’t hear!! We ordered fries & didn’t get any. We ordered 6 chicken rings & he tried to give us 6 chicken sandwiches. The hot sauce is yellow it’s so freaking old!! Not a happy customer at all!!!

Very courteous service, everyone I saw working there had a smile on their face! I ordered my fries well done and they came out hot and were literally the best fries I’ve ever had! The jalapeno cheese burgers were delicious, and I found out they’ve added crabcake sliders to their menu! How can you go wrong with White Castles?! But this one was exceptional! The picture I’m adding is of the crabcakes.
