Man, being from the west coast I was stoked to finally get to try the all famous White Castle…only to have my order skipped waited over a half hour for my food while they helped othe customers, food cam out and was barely edible…I got 2 Original, 2 1929s, cheesey fries and a chocolate shake and it all looked so good but after trying it, I did not finish any of it. I’m willing to give another location a try but I’ll definitely be going in cautiously!

I went through the drive-thru because it was the only place open 24 hours. I bought the Chicken Ring sandwich combo, and they were excellent! Much much better than I was expecting!

Well I have not eaten white castle in a couple of years but gotta say the guy working there was all by himself nobody helping him took orders made the food and drinks took the money and I didn’t even wait any longer than if he had a crew. My food was hot and better than I thought it was going to be.

The parking lot is a cluster freak . If you dine in ,there is a good chance your going to be stuck in your parking spot . The drive thru line wraps around the building and blocks all the parking spots. Plus we waited like 30 45 min in the drive thru line. I am not saying I wouldn’t go back ,but if I do, I would park at the hotel and walk to dine in. Seems like the better option.

Never had the opportunity to visit an actual establishment. Only got them through the grocery stores while my daughter was growing up.
She is now 24, and we were passing through the state and saw White Castle. We decided to walk in as the drive-thru line was way too crowded.
We were never greeted or looked at. They were so busy tending to the drive-thru orders that they barely looked or took orders for the walk ins. Very unprofessional. The lead/supervisor was complaining about how short staff they were, and they needed to see if the next crew could come in early for their shift.
20 minutes later, as we were about to get a refund, we got our order.
Sloppy, to say the least, and no taste.
We will definitely not be visiting or buying any white castle burgers in the future.

Ordered two eggs and sausage on toast, but got two tiny sliders instead. $14 for a small fry, medium coke and two bites of eggs. Staff said that the online menu is “incorrect” when asked why it was a tiny slider instead of a sandwich like I ordered. Refused to rectify the mistake. Won’t be going back to this one. It’s outrageous how greedy there places are. Always staffed with people who don’t care about work ethic. I feel like I’m getting angled at a poker game every time I order fast food since COVID.

Being from Krystal Country, we have been looking forward to trying White Castle. Well, I have, my Little Princess thinks I am a fool . . .
It was a busy lunch at the restaurant. Staff worked diligently to fill orders as quickly as practical. My Little Princess selected the Bacon Slider Bundle with fries, I had four Originals with cheese and onion rings. We shared a large soft drink.
We both enjoyed our burgers, fries, and onion rings. Similar to Krystal’s, but distinctly different. We enjoyed our meal and look forward to a quick White Castle meal at locations in our future travels!

White Castle cheeseburgers and fries are among my favorite foods ever. Been eating them since I was a kid and have many fond memories of doing so. This location is clean, the staff is efficient, and the food has been great in several visits. The Crave Case of burgers is great for meals with several people and is a really good value. Keep up the great work!

The employees were nice and food was done quick, fresh to order. There were not many inside. There was plenty of parking. The jalapeño cheese and cheese sliders are my favorite. Cheese sticks, onion rings, and chicken rings are really good. The cost is great when feeding the whole family, just grab a crave case.
