I’m so torn about this place. The food is TREMENDOUS! It’s the best White Castle I’ve ever had. Always top notch quality, always hot and fresh. The service only gets 3 stars, NOT because they’re not nice or professional (because they always are) but dang I had a birthday waiting in that drive thru lane one night! LOL

This location needs some serious maintenance! Several of the freestyle flavors were out. The Barq’s Red Creme soda they advertised on the cups wasn’t even available. Napkins was out. They gave people roll towels for napkins, and you had to ask for them from the counter. Paper towels were out in the bathrooms, and the air dryer didn’t work. One tv in the dining area didn’t work at all, and the other two both had video issues. The whole place needs a good cleaning. Whatever happened to the white uniforms they wore to show how clean things were? Do better. The sliders were typical. The chicken rings are definitely from frozen. The fries needed cooked a little longer. We ate the sliders but ended up throwing most of the fries, and chicken rings away. Just get the sliders. Leave the rest.

Had just gotten off work and was grabbing a bite heading home. The lady that took my order was super friendly and patient, and a different person was at the window and was just as friendly! They were having fun and not being hateful or rude! Good job you two!
