We’ve been to this location several times. Sometimes they’re busy and it can take a while to be served but the food is always accurate and freshly put together. Although, our last visit, I was extremely disappointed in the breakfast toast sandwich I ordered (*pictured. What kind of restaurant serves the butt of the bread loaf???). I’ll stick to sliders and chicken rings from now on I think.

Nice staff but long wait times. Even when not busy, it’s hard to get someone on front counter as it seems to be avoided. Online orders say ready for pick up and are over 10 mins late. Nice staff just poorly managed. Clean. Usually empty.

I have been coming to the is particular White Castle for a few decades. I’m compelled to write an actual review hoping White Castle corporate is listening.
What did you all do to this team at this location? Like seriously you who did you hire and what processes did you put into place that made everyone here genuinely nice and moderately happy? I found myself thinking am I in the right place?
I’m not suggesting staff before weren’t pleasant interacting with, but tonight was just different. Authentic kindness, authentic nice. These changes id replicated across all locations will drive absolute bottom and top line growth.
Nice work whomever instilled the new changes, but the people are the ones delivering and deliver they did.

My first time being at this location. I went through the drive thru. My food was hot and correct. The red haired lady at the window was so sweet and kind. She made sure I had all my sauces. They were very busy, but still made sure I was taken care of.

Service has gotten a lot better here since the last time we went through the drive thru. The White Castles were made well too. Employees were friendly and drive thru was quick.

Haven’t been to a White Castle in years & this one was just down the road from our motel, so talked the kids into trying it. The cashier didn’t even know how much coin change I gave him, he just looked @ it in his hand & said “how many cents is that” – say what??? My grandson only likes ketchup & cheese on any burger & we struggled getting that across to the cashier as well; “meat, cheese & ketchup only” & he had to ask me like 5 times to make sure he had it right. He has no business working the front country taking orders & payments!
The dining room’s tables were in dire need of cleaning, we really had to look for a clean one. The floors were trashed, we waited a good 10 mins for our food so I went up to ask that same cashier how much longer: he said “I don’t know we’re pretty busy right now”, so I went back & sat down – I no longer was seated & he called my name to go back up to get my food ♀️
There were 4 ppl assembling burgers, there was only 1 other family in the dining room & we’d seen maybe 5-6 cars go thru the drive through. We didn’t finish the food – was VERY disappointed & won’t return again to ANY White Castle store!
There weren’t any napkins in the dispenser in the lobby, only 4 cup lids, no salt, no ketchup or no ranch!! We
When we left, the cashier & another guy looked directly as we walked out & never said a word: no goodbye; have a nice night; hope you enjoyed your meal, not 1 word.
This particular restaurant is in dire need of new management & keep the staff on top of sweeping, keeping the tables cleaned & the condiments stocked!!

This is my husband and I favorite place to go whenever I’m going to pay respects to both parents in Tennessee. I only had one issue which I shouldn’t even put,but I am. We were on our way to Tennessee and we both ordered the same exact thing which were the breakfast slider meals,bacon,egg and cheese,hash brown as well as our Coffee’s. Our food was fresh and hot,but our coffee wasn’t good at all,and this is the “only” reason we stop by White Castle is for the “BEST” coffee ever. No one could pay me to go to Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts. White Castle coffee ☕️ is wayyyy better even if those 2 were combined sorry. Keep up the great work,but please make sure when I come back as I always do my coffee is fresh. Also please bring back the other creamer that was the “BEST “.

I spent $57.40 on an order from White Castle Florence, KY through Uber Eats and what I got was literally unusable. Bags torn open, food and drinks soaked and smashed like it had been dropped and tossed back together. I essentially paid $57.40 for a bag of trash and then had to fight for any kind of refund. If this location is okay sending out $57.40 orders in that condition, they clearly don’t respect their customers or their money. I will never risk my stomach or my wallet on this place again.

There is literally 7 employees here. They all saw and watched me come in… and continued what they were doing. Then finally the black young gentleman asked me if I’d been helped…? Did it look like it? No, I responded, then a very impatient young black girl w attitude proceeded to ask me “ what can I get you” No, I’m sorry for your wait, or sorry I looked at you and decided not to come up and wait on you…” This WC is downhill FAST?! All this while the other workers are just staring. It’s uncomfortable. Almost like low key bullying. I’m here to order and a customer! And you’re here to work!! I am not sure what the confusion is?! DO BETTER, WC employees!!
