The younger gentleman that took our order and waited on us at the drive thru was very nice, courteous, and friendly! We weren’t sure what we wanted, so he answered my questions and helped us find the right order fit for us. The location was clean and no trash anywhere overflowing like at most fast food restaurants. It was a little hard to find at first, but we had never been there before and it only took us a couple extra mins to find it. Other than that we were very happy with the overall service and visit!

Manager was exceptional! Jovie took my order was so friendly and sweet, my husband and I were driving through on our home to Georgia, and white castle is a New York City staple and I am a New Yorker and we do not have white castles in Georgia. So anytime we travel to Cincinnati on our way home this will be my forever White castle. We drove to three different white castles in Cincinnati that were filthy and definitely not as friendly. This white castle that I went to was exceptionally clean it was welcoming and just a place that takes such a nostalgic business and keeps the integrity of it alive. Great job you guys. ❤️

The past 3 times I’ve eaten here my order had been messed up. I usually don’t catch it until I’m back home however, with their track record I checked my bag before I left this time. I let the drive through worker know it was messed up. He asked me to pull forward while they fixed it. Ten minutes later I still didn’t have the corrected order. I walked inside and no one even knew the order needed to be remade. Needless to say it took me 30 minutes from the time I ordered to get all of my food.

“Fast” food is supposed to be fast. There are 3 people working, 4 cars in the drive through, and people who have been standing inside for 15 minutes without ordering. This sucks for the price.

Burgers were good.. I believe they have changed the way they prepare them. Years ago the buns would be so soft, steamed, doesn’t seem to be the case anymore.

Camron Harris is an amazing worker. He was patient. Polite. And great presentation. Gina M the manager has also been great for a long time. She takes her time to make sure I’m taken care of, and helps me when I’m in a rush. Every single person at every northern Ky White Castle knows who I am cause I get small coffee with cream as well as eight sugar on the side. I love this White Castle out of all of them.

I hadn’t been to White Castle’s in years. I loaded up on 2 double cheeseburgers, 2 fish, 1 original burger and 1 of their new chicken entree. All were delicious but I had to eat some later that night. Visiting there brought back great college memories and white castle didn’t disappoint me. Still the best little burgers on the planet. One shout out to Becky who might be transferring to the new white castles coming to Grandscape in The Colony, Tx. Even got a gift card to use when it opens. They get 5 stars from me.
