Never been to a White Castle before, and this was an off putting first experience. The “burger” if you could even call it that, was soaked so heavily with liquid that the middle bun looked like a spoonful of pancake batter, and all the other buns were mush too. The fries were the exact same soggy unseasoned joyless rejects that you’d get in a middle school cafeteria. I don’t know why people are so obsessed with White Castle if this is their normal.

I’ve been through here before and got jiffed on half of my order. I wouldn’t have come again had my mother not pestered me over it. The AI drive through is incredibly frustrating and is the cause of an overflow of traffic inside which I imagine was a vent for the drive through in the first place.

AI ordering was a mess and super annoying. Almost just pulled away. Glad we didn’t because there is nothing as tasty as a slider. The humans were fabulous and hustling trying to make up for their AI coworkers incompetence. The humans deserve a raise and the AI needs to be fired.

Do you like dealing with AI customer service that is completely incompetent when you call companies? Would you like to do that at a drive through instead? This is your opportunity! It’s so frustrating. Took me WAY longer to order a single item than it should have. Then once I thought it got my order it didn’t confirm, it didn’t tell me the total. Then I go to the window and found out it got my order wrong. The people that fixed it were quite pleasant in fixing the issue.

We needed to grab a quick bite and stretch a moment after driving for hours on our road trip. The employees there were not friendly at all, and it was very clear they didn’t want to be there. We ordered a Love Clutch, which took a bit to get . When we sat down to eat, I was ready for a handful of delicious, hot White Castle fries, but all I got was a handful of greasy, limp, cold strips of potatoes. I actually squeezed the handful of fries I had and watched the grease drip through my fingers. The only saving grace was the lady who helped me when I took them back to get replacement fries. She was pleasant about my returning them and had the young man make more. But by the time they were ready, the rest of my food was cold.

White castle changed their chicken ring breading to this awful thick bitter covering. My kid won’t touch it, so now white castle will be passed up for more favorable options. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

Dining room is open! Place is clean and fully staffed. The cashier was helpful. Havent been here un a while. The prices seemed to be a little higher than i remember but inflation is taking hold everywhere. Im a truck driver so i was glad that the dining room was open this is not the case everywhere.

Drive thru was movin really slow. When l was able to order the staff was very polite…but l was put in slot 1 delivery and told my food was almost done cookin(8 sliders). But when l received them only 3 were hot so 5 got cold while waiting for those to cook…l love White Castles but this could have been a better visit…l will be back
