Same Old Me
I ended up having to leave before getting my food. When I pulled up to the speaker box to place my order, there was absolutely no greet or acknowledgment of any sorts. I sat for a couple of minutes thinking maybe they were just too busy, and maybe that was the case? I thought maybe the speaker box was broken, so I attempted to try and get someone to respond, but after I tried that, it took another minute for someone to finally tell me to go ahead with my order. If you are busy, that’s great, but there were only 2 cars ahead of me that had already ordered. At least greet someone and say you’ll be right with them, if that is the case.

Was one of the worst white castles I been to to pick up Uber eat orders. Waited 15 mins and I still never got the customer order had to cancel the order the staff was rude keep making drive thur orders while I waited and so I walked out. Update still very unprofessional general manager very rude talks about the customers right in front of them and the other staff is really rude dose not need to be open with just 3 people working. The location needs to be shut down . Or have corporate cone in a d so a clean sweep and get ALL new staff maybe then customers can get help

Drive thru. Line wasn’t exceptionally long but man it was slow. No apology was given nor a reason for the delay. Asked for mayo in the aide. No mayo and no napkins in the bag. Burgers and fries were hot though!!

Sometimes can be rude and the waiting times between taking orders and getting to the window is ridiculous especially when it’s always busy I had spent a hour in line because they was only taking 1 order at a time food is not always fresh but the atmosphere is nice and friendly staff.

Nastiest place I have ever been to the drive thru. Ordered 4 of the 1921 deals, 3 of 4 had hairs in the burgers. Valley Station is just nasty, there is no decent restaurants in the area. Maybe Asian house and that’s even sketchy. However, this white castles episode was the last straw. My advice is if your driving thru valley station and you are hungry, wait until you get home, or drive right thru, get o. The Gene Snyder and head East.
