Every table was dirty. The floor had not been mopped in a week. Trash was all over the outside.
No one offered ketchup, napkins, salt, or dipping sauce. The manager kept telling an employee to put his phone down and work.

White castle is a unique experience! These slider size burgers are pretty damn good! I got regulars cheeseburgers and doubles and enjoyed them all!
The service staff was a little tired, so they were not so attentive. I feel for them, but the process with long.
The building was clean, but tired inside and out.

This place is not for people who remembers when they sold hot steamed burgers that were good. They officially taste like Krystal’s hamburgers.Bread kinda crispy, crunchy and meat you could break a tooth on 10 minutes after you leave the window. Gas & drainage uncontrollably like you are a 24hr sewage plant. Safe word Imodiem AD. Or simply eat nothing with the name “slider.”

Worst experience I have ever had at a White Castle. I was their only customer. Took them ten minutes to come to drive thru window so take my order. Than another fifteen minutes to give me my warm cheeseburgers with the cheese not even melted. Do not go there.

We ate at this white castle many times, A+. Each time we chose to use the Drive-Thru. A pleasant voice would take my order wanted some fast food, maybe burger, chicken fries, and shrimp. The fried shrimp was heavenly. The gentlemen and ladies’ workers create the juiciest American fast food. I normally get heartburn but not here. The best part was the after taste. The worst part is I live 721 miles to the nearest white castle.

Not a well run business at all. Dining room was closed so my friends and I had to stand in the drive through at 11pm, and we waited for an entire hour to order, because it seemed to be that there were about three, maybe four people working in the whole place – it actually could’ve been two. So we waited an hour in the light rain and made a big order, but the worker got it completely right and was not frustrated or anything, surprisingly, so I was satisfied with his work. The reason I’m giving it four stars is because of how iconic, simple and satisfying their meals are. I would personally love to come back and get more of anything. My friends interpreted it as absolutely horrible and do not want to ever come back, understandably, but it was an unforgettable, interesting experience that’s definitely a story to tell, and I can appreciate simple good food, even if it’s probably absolutely terrible for you and very low quality – they make some good fast food that I would definitely choose over many common fast food options like McDonald’s or Wendy’s if I had a White Castle near me (assuming the service is fast, cause I’ve never waited longer to get a meal before).

First experience at Whitecastle and loved those little sliders. Had to get with these not in Canada (at least in my area). I cans we why their menu comes in orders of at least four! They are a two biters and that’s generous!
