I ordered 2 fish sliders (forgot to take photo), it wasn’t good. It was dry and appeared as if it was sitting under the heatlamp for a while. French fries greasy and hard, barely warm. I also ordered a banana strawberry smoothie, it was “ok.” I’ve been here before and ordered the burger sliders, and those were good! But, I was NOT a fan of the fish. 3 kind young ladies were working hard and gave good service though. Restaurant was clean, bathroom was clean. Free parking. Recommend the burgers, NOT the fish.

I came in today around 12:00 p.m. and the service was completely unacceptable. I placed my order, sat down, and waited over 10 minutes with no food. By the 15-minute mark, I went back to the counter just to find out they were still bagging it up. At that point I told them I didn’t want the food anymore, just give me a refund.
When a customer says they don’t want the food, the right thing to do is process the refund immediately and move on – not try to argue or keep stalling. Listening to the customer should always come first. I wasn’t rude, I wasn’t difficult – I just wanted my money back and to leave.
I understand mistakes happen, but waiting that long for a simple order during lunch, then having to fight to get my money back, shows poor management and poor customer service. If you can’t handle the basics of fast food at lunchtime, something needs to change.

Very friendly folks making the food and taking orders! Food didn’t take very long at all and was delicious as to be expected from White Castle!
The only negative was that the Coke Freestyle machine was out of most flavors.

Went to the drive thru ordered and waited. I watched three or four cars behind us just pull off. An employee came out requesting payment from the backed up cars down the line. I have never seen that before. I assume to trap you from leaving. Super shady. After seeing only one vehicle getting served in 15 minutes and we were still fourth in line, we just left. One less place to have to concider when heading out for a quick bite. I thought White Castle was better than Krystals. I was wrong.

Inconsistent. Today the food was the best tasting, but half the order was wrong. We just made do. Seems like a lotta employee turnover. Last time at this location, the doors were locked in the middle of the day.

I had a very unpleasant and disrespectful experience at this White Castle location.
When I first arrived, I went inside the restaurant to place my order. I stood there for a while, but none of the employees acknowledged me or offered to take my order. One of them eventually looked at me and said “Wait, wait” while waving her hand, then walked away and never came back. I felt completely ignored, so I decided to go to the Drive-Thru instead.
At the Drive-Thru, the same employee came to the window to give me my drink. She made a strange comment, calling me “Hey, Russian,” as if joking, and then touched my hand while handing me the drink. I immediately said, “Don’t touch me,” but instead of apologizing, she replied, “I didn’t touch you, he touched you,” and told me twice, “Don’t come back again,” while motioning for me to move my car.
This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I stayed calm and polite the entire time, yet I was treated in an unacceptable way both inside and outside. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and ensures proper training and accountability for employees to treat customers with basic respect.

Without a doubt, the cleanest white castles I have ever been to. I’ve been eating White castles since over 40 years. I’m originally from New York. I was amazed by seeing this white castles. It was clean and up-to-date and very friendly, kind and polite workers. I guess Southern hospitality is true.
