The manager was very unprofessional and extremely loud. The staff immited her. About a week ago I had a nit so pleased experience. I waited for a long time for my food while she was talking chatting. My order came wrong not what I order I was so disappointed, i approached the staff who took my order she instantly got defensive and was been rude to me. I decided to leave.

The food was supposed to be fresh but the fish tasted like it was sitting to the side from someone who didn’t want it anymore. The burgers were good but took forever to come out, the fries with cheese were okay but taste a little old. Than as a bonus so I thought the chicken rings were old tasting. I come from PA to get some of my classic foods and was not a happy camper after getting my food. To make things worst as we are waiting for our food there is a homeless guy standing at my truck asking for money and cigarettes. Unbelievable, NYC needs security at the drive up windows when a person is spending money. Scary I almost forgot I’m from NYC. What in the heck is happening

The orders are made fresh.
The soda machine doesn’t work properly the day of my visit, the ice was served on the side and when I asked for more the guy makes some faces.
The place keeps an old fashion style but they can improve the lights and the cleanliness of the place.
The service was fast, but the staff were rude and if you ask for something they make faces or give you attitude.

Disappointed at the service at this Spingfield Blvd White Castle.They were rambling over my order without gloves taking sandwiches out the bag and swapping them as if they were the wrong sandwiches. They were not organized.They need to be trained on how to prepare the order like McDonald’s they have a system..first get the drinks etc..if they have to tell the order out like they do in a kitchen do so. No one seemed to be in charge as far a getting the orders out in a timely fashion. They didnt know how to read my order from from the app. They gave me a sandwich I didn’t order and didn’t give me the condiments I ordered as my food looked very sloppy..just very disappointed as I love White Castles and I’ve personally been going to this particular one since a child with my grandmother. Another time I went they waited till I got to the register through the drive-thru to tell me there wasn’t enough sweet tea for the gallon I ordered and already paid for as the asked me to substitute for a small cup of drink of my choice, which wasn’t enough to fill that gallon…smh…there just not organized …redo the training there …and there not welcoming I love a smile with my meal.and please hold I’ll be right with…thank you come again..the attitude shows in the service and food …do I need to come and supervise these worker on great customer service and organization in a kitchen

Came around midnight on a Wednesday after a Brand New concert at UBS.
Staff was patient and friendly.
Service was slow, the impossible sliders were seriously void of flavor or any kind of dressings but damn, the crinkle fries are probably the best fast food fries I’ve ever had.
The other patrons (most also from the show I was at) had great vibes and were even feeling chatty.
Not the greatest experience slider wise but it was minutes to closing time so I didn’t expect much and, the prices are really decent (just not the taxes – YIKES)!
Overall a good place to stop off for a quick, relatively affordable bite.
