Malicious !!!!! Update: I called Manager back this morning and she had jokes talking about. How can she direct my call talk about malicious their whole staff is malicious from the time they actually violated me!!!!!! I’m definitely writing to corporate about this so whoever will listen! See it’s one thing about me. I’ve worked in customer service in the service industry for years and I value good customer service, and good intentions and integrity. In fact one could rob me steal my jewels. Take my prize possessions, and I wouldn’t be as upset if somebody Screwing over my food. They actually lied to me!!!!! They maliciously left out a six piece and it seems so minute!! No, it’s beyond that I have Grown sick and tired of games from fast food employees that are malicious and have my intent !!!!!!!!!!! I ordered off door dash and when restaurants screw up so much like the ones in East NY, the stop refunding!!!! White Castle maliciously and purposely left out my 6pc chkn ring!!! Door dash is a goner because they would not fix it nor did White Castle claiming it was an accident!!!!! I’’ so enraged I’d better quite talking!!!!!!!!! These people didn’t offer to fix or try to help! That’s how I knew it was purposely and they have done this to many customers! That’s theft!!! I really despise the people and the door dash! White Castle and most restaurants in ENY are incompetent!!!! And hire the worst possible staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m so enraged!!!

The drive thru employee named Maxine was PHENOMENAL. Such a gem. My order was perfect. She has amazing customer service and her energy was top tier.

The place was filthy inside. The soda machine which is self serving had spilled dried soda all around it. The employees held up customers arguing about a short count of the drawer. Some of the ladies working there nails were extremely too long handling food. It was the most disturbing eatery I have ever seen. However, it’s in the hood so no one really cares. The board of health should visit the place.

Ordering went fine, go to get drinks… Soda machine only has diet drinks… Return to counter, same person who took the order, fails to understand that the machine is empty. Yells out the soda machine needs refilling and the response is …. “What?”. NOTHING ELSE IS DONE! Waited around for the order… Received order and another associate when told of the issue filled our cups from behind the counter.
Overall, EXPECT POOR SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION.

Absolutely horrible customer services, if you ever come to this location and happen to see this lady taking your order or making your food just know you’re about to get your day ruined her attitude will show you why no one wants these people working, White Castle management need to train their employees on respecting customers.

The shake tasted like it had chemicals in it. I’m not sure if they cleaned the machine and didn’t do it right, but I had to throw the entire milkshake out because it had a disgusting chemical taste to it. The food was decent at least, but I won’t be back to this location.
