The fries were served hot and crisp, and the cheese sauce on the side had a rich and creamy texture just the way we prefer. The flavor reminded me of classic nacho cheese without any heat, which worked really well. Everything came together for a pleasant visit and a solid dining experience that I would enjoy again.

Not only the restaurant equipment was in poor functioning condition the staff seem to not care about their jobs not focusing on the smooth operation of the company really shows in the cold uncooked smoked sausage sandwich they remade it for me but luckily I open my meals there if not I would of been stock to find it cold once getting home

We went to White Castle late at night hoping for a quick bite, but our experience was pretty disappointing from start to finish. Even though the restaurant was completely empty, it took nearly 15 minutes before anyone came up to take our order. We could see staff inside, but no one seemed in a hurry to help, which was frustrating given how quiet it was at that hour.
When our food finally arrived, things unfortunately didn’t get any better. The crispy chicken sliders were way overcooked — dry, tough, and lacking any real flavor. They were a struggle to finish and definitely not what we expected from White Castle. The mozzarella sticks were also burnt and had that bitter taste that comes from being left in the fryer too long. For a place known for quick service and crave-worthy snacks, it was a big letdown.
The only redeeming part of the meal was the onion rings. They were warm, crunchy, and actually tasted decent — not amazing, but at least edible compared to everything else. Still, one decent item out of the bunch doesn’t really make up for the poor service and low-quality food.
Overall, it was a frustrating experience. Between the slow service, overcooked food, and inattentive staff, this visit just missed the mark completely. I’ve had better experiences at other locations, so maybe this one was just having an off night, but it definitely left a bad impression.

After a long day at Six Flags I was starving. I never had White Castle and always wanted to try it. I stopped by this location and got 2 meals for myself and my girlfriend. The staff was very nice and apologized for a slight wait. The food was great, I wished there was a White Castle near where I am. I went in and ordered, there’s also a drive-thru, and you can do an online order as well.

Manager, here was very rude. I don’t know what they did to this White Castle but I’m very disappointed with the food. The Onion rings shrunk, and they’re very thin. My mozzarellas were very small and burned. And manager did not care much about it.
He didn’t want to hear anything. I had to say, well, I guess white cast was going down the tubes. It’s a shame I used to love coming to this place. I will be no longer coming to white castles.

After closing down the White Castle in New Brunswick NJ, this location opened up on Route 1 in East Brunswick. Now, I’ve been eating at White Castle since I was a kid. I’ve really never had any issues before and always enjoy the taste of their hamburgers. However, now that I’m in my early 60s I’m finding that the two times I’ve eaten at this location I’ve had an upset stomach with bad cramps. It lasted about 25 to 30 minutes and then went away. It seems like a bit of a coincidence that it has now happened twice.
The service was quick and the staff was very friendly.
Even though this is a fairly new location, I believe it is time that White Castle considers doing a major interior renovation. While the exterior is quite cute, the interior is bland and unappealing. It almost feels like you’re eating inside a hospital. Too much white! The restaurant was very clean, including the bathrooms. There were a few crumbs on my table when I sat down, but that can be expected in a fastfood restaurant.

Stopped in because we’re from California and wanted the experience. Waited 30 minutes for greasy gross, tiny burgers that literally made me ill. I couldn’t eat the rest of the day, these upset my stomach so badly.

For my first time first the customer service was great ! The guy taking orders was patient, helpful and friendly. The food all came out fresh and at a pretty good wait time. I had the original burger sliders with cheese and won’t complain because of you want a thicker patty they offer a 1921 burger that the meat is thicker. I also got a chicken sandwich slider that taste like a good old fashion chicken patty but was good. The fries came out fresh and the cheese sauce on the side was nice and thick like we wanted not watered down. The cheese sauce was giving a nacho cheese after taste but not spicy. Overall good experience I can’t complain. Even the soda was nice and crisp. I would go back. It was not expensive if you ask me. I spent less than $20 on 6 sliders a fry and cheese sauce. Then went back around and was under $10 for another chicken sandwich two fries and a drink.

I knew it was a reason I haven’t been here in over 3 yrs. I wanted a quick snack and stopped here on my way home. I saw the Value Meal Menu and asked if I could get a #1 but Impossible instead. The cashier said, they don’t sell the Impossible Meals. White Castle doesn’t really cater to Vegetarians or Vegans. This company is garbage, I will only eat here if I’m desperate or starving. Then they didn’t have ketchup on the , no salt on the , no condiments and napkins in the bag!
