Out of 2 trip’s there, first one was successful, but when you grew up on White Rose in Highland Park, and the sub shop on Plainfield Ave in Edison, you’re taste buds, and body prefer a little better quality. Second trip there, we placed our order, get to the window, and she’s saying something about number one. What?!?!! As for the atmosphere, it gets a 5. Don’t harsh my mellow, and get the place in better running order. She looked at us like we were wrong. You have two men that look like they can eat, and you can’t get the order right. Do I need to go inside the establishment for better service, and understanding. Can’t wait to go fishing.

I pretty much had a good experience at all of them. This one is in regards to the Edison one on Route one New Jersey. Great staff great food. Kid friendly. You must try to mozzarella sticks.

Simple order.
I asked for a number 2 combo, onion rings instead of fries, large combo.
I get my food after a 20 minute wait.
Large soda, small onion ring, two cheeseburgers instead of two double cheeseburgers,
I wave my arms at the lady because she already shut the window before I could check my order.
She opens the window.
I inform her of the error.
She says , I didn’t charge you for that, shuts the window and walks away.
I didn’t ask what you charged me for, I told you that I didn’t get the correct items as per the order I gave you clearly. Why would you not attempt to correct this?
So let me get this straight… as a customer, I don’t receive what I asked for? I get whatever you feel like giving me and I better be happy with it because you will not hear me when I am not happy about receiving whatever you hand me instead of receiving what I asked for?

Every time I order the new chicken sliders, they keep putting cheese on it even though I specifically tell them not too. And I asked for extra honey mustard on the sliders, but they give it to me on the side. They take long with the orders too.

White castle is my go-to when visiting back home. This location was by far the worst one I’ve been to. The food was not good and definitely not how I remembered it. It made my sister sick. The service was cool even though one of the workers was low-key, clowning me for living in TX . I’ll stick with White Castle up north.

Service is just horrible. Wish they can do a better job.
It tookd well over 10 mins to get 4 sandwiches. The lady is walking worst then a turtle and is like doing a favor coming to work.
Very very disappointed.
Also, Sandwich sizes have been reduced I feel. They have increased their cost which is fine but reducing size of sandwiches is like double dipping.
