Very disappointing experience. I waited almost 30 minutes for my food at a fast-food restaurant, with no notice of any delay. Normally, fast food takes 5–10 minutes at most.
What made it worse was that after waiting around 20 minutes with no update, I asked about my order and realized they had only just started making it. Meanwhile, several customers who ordered after me had already received their food. Clearly, there’s a serious issue with their order management.
When I asked why it was taking so long, the staff gave a very casual “sorry, we’re busy,” with no real apology or explanation. The attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had.
I also tried submitting feedback through their official website, and the process was so unnecessarily complicated that it felt like they don’t actually expect customers to give feedback.
Would not recommend. This location seriously needs improvement.

This was my first White Castle experience ever! I really liked the new crispy chicken sliders, and the chicken rings. The chicken rings reminded me of the chicken fingers at my high school concession stand, which I mean as a very favorable compliment! I also had cheese sliders, fries, and onion rings.
The dining area was extremely clean, it appeared an employee was finishing a deep clean once we entered. The staff were very kind as well. 10/10 experience, I’m a fan.

Probably the cleanest White Castle in existence. Very big and spacious dining area. I like how big the area behind the counter is also. Food was good, fries just suck, but that’s any WC location.

It was good. No problems. Restrooms were clean. Efficient. Not overly courteous, but not rude.
However, there were a couple of opportunities for cleaning; the condiment area near the soda dispenser. The tables needed cleaning. The countertop needed cleaning at the register.

Place my order at the drive through. Paid for my order and was asked to pull forward and wait for my order. I am writing this as I wait….for 20 minutes so far! Ridiculous!!! This is not the first time this has happened to me here, but it is the last time. Cashier told me there are only 3 people working here. This is BAD!!

Food was fresh. I walking in and not a soul acknowledge me although one employee looked right at me. I stood there for couple minutes longer cause I was googling how far the next WC was from that location. There was no one in the restaurant. I finally said ARE YOU OPEN the teen who saw said she’s coming but she had been just staring at me the entire time .I ordered some food to eat and 50 to go. While I was eating there was another male teen that came it to work. I’m glad my food was good cause it’s bern 2.5 yrs since my last fresh WC in the restaurant in Nashville, TN

The store is nice but the employees are extremely slow and act like nobody is waiting. It was a lady waiting over 30 minutes for her food. Makes no sense. Manager has no leadership at all. No urgency in their movement.

The burgers were good. All the other slider options left a lot to be desired. Fries weren’t bad. Soda machine was out of ice and low on carbonation. Didn’t seem to matter to the employees.

This is not your typical fast food restaurant even though it is primarily used as a drive through. The crinkle cut fry have a smaller girth witch makes them light and crispy. The burgers are cooked on a griddle that is covered with onions and buns are placed on top of the burger before coming off the grill allowing the flavors to permiate the bun. It may be fast food but it is a great place to satisfy your craving.
