The manager to the store is extremely rude. Her attitude is so nasty. It makes you’re not even want to eat there. The way that she looks and talks to the elderly is absolutely disgusting. She talks to people like they have no human rights and rolling her eyes constantly while people are placing orders is absolutely ridiculous. If you hate your job so much find another one.

I went here for the first time since they reopen from being remodel and it’s nothing to write home about.
They have a A.I system taking orders that doesn’t really work and the quality of the food is not good as before. Look at my burger the pattern was almost non existing thin and dry because they pile pickles on the burger and I squirt of ketchup ♀️ ♀️.
The drive thru cashier is rude giving dirty looks as though we did something to her. I won’t return. I’ll just keep in mind the memories of when White Castle was good back in the day.

So from the reviews I’m not the only one that have experience the manager distasteful attitude. And the employees are no better they need to hire new staff and start with the manager. my opinion in food service the employees should have the best customer service ever especially when handling food the cross contamination they use the same gloves for payments and to handle the food. That why we should not eat fast food in the first place.

Long time local airport stop.
The kitchen was immaculate; obviously they put a lot of time into keeping it really clean and organized here.
It shows from the quality of the food thru to the customer service. Probably the best Castle in North Jersey.
Also bonus points for always using fresh cracked eggs.

It’s been 17 years since i had a white castle…
Price is changed but taste the same ….
The light skin lady who made the food was nice and so were the young ladies who takes the order made the shakes and gave me water…
Well if you wonder why the 1 star…
One big lady behind the counter I am assuming was the manager yelled loudly “take the drink out to the car” several times in front of me at the drive through cashier… The girl face went pink instantly…
She was so embarrassed, mortified I also cursed at the dam lady… But i know she might retaliate by firing the girl. I kept my mouth shot…
Please she needs to know that the cashiers being nice to the customers is the reason white castle been in business for all these years…

Today August 12,2025 at about 3 something in the afternoon . The older lady taking the order was rude. Normally I would’ve cussed her out but i was not letting nobody mess up my day or what I wanted to eat in that moment. I would call her nice nasty lol cause I got some items free with my coupons but she definitely had a smart mouth and it wasn’t necessary at all but I had to think yeah I would probably be mad too lol oh well but my food was great
