The food is always great! The employees are nice but I felt the service should have been quicker for standard menu items like sliders and onion rings. The atmosphere got 3 stars because the women’s restroom was out of service and the men’s room had no soap(how did the employees wash their hands?).

Less likely spot to go to. Drive thru is usually busy. When you go inside, it’s empty but dirty. You can tell people had been inside eating because it’s left all over the place. The workers need to clean the inside place. The bathroom needs to be cleaned as well. I just like the chicken Rings, especially when they are on sale. I ordered the Box of Burgers Online for a Better Price. THE App will save You Time & Money!! The shakes are good

WAITED OVER 30 MINUTES FOR MY ORDER. The employee at the drive thru told me to pull over and someone would bring my order out. After waiting for a while, I went inside and my order was just sitting there on the counter. That is inexcusable. Not to mention that the burger patty was undercooked … Never going to this location again

The drive-thru line is always long and so is the wait to even get someone to speak to you through the speaker. Most times, the employees are talking about unrelated work matters while the customers wait to be served. The sense of urgency and lack of customer service has always been an issue at this particular location. Employees never greet you or let you know that they will be right with you. I love White Castle but their customer service is absolutely horrible. I have complained about these issues before to only get “We are sorry that you had an unpleasant experience and will try to do better” statement, without any real change happening. I want to go somewhere where I am appreciated as a customer and WC is not it!

Never go to this White Castle location … I DO NOT RECOMMEND them at all. Service was terrible and food was pretty disgusting. If I can give negative 5 stars I would, not just a whole ZERO.

I just door dashed and I called and asked for sauce ketchup honey mustard and zesty lady said i got u in a playful way and still I don’t have any sauce for these undercooked burgers and soggy undercooked fries..and door dash didn’t let me leave special instructions so disappointed in everyone

Same classic slider taste you love but unfortunately 10 times more the price per slider than they were when I first experienced White Castle in the 70s when you could grab a sack of 10 sliders fries and a Drink for less than 5 bucks. But the taste has never changed always a treat the frozen store bought ones don’t compare to getting them fresh off the steam grill.
