Great location. Team was busy with a line in drive thru. Greeted politely and got right to the order as well. Clean inside tbe dining room and restroom as well. Drive thru if you need to grab n go.

MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT BEFORE LEAVING. Used the drive thru this time and I was rushed through my order, girl on the speaker didn’t even read back my order to make sure it was correct. Ended up paying for extra burgers that were supposed to be apart of the combo. Worker kept telling me my total instead of making sure my order was correct. Store and drive-thru was close to empty. I don’t know why they were in a rush, but my order came out wrong and I was overcharged. Be careful spending your money here.

While visiting NYC this past week. I stayed in Newark and finally got the chance to try White Castle even though they were good. I’m from Atlanta so, I gotta say Krystal’s are better! service was great with a smile, food was hot and fresh give my experience a 10/10

I absolutely love white castle. It brings back so many memories of my childhood. I don’t live near to any locations now, but have family in NJ. I remember going down when I was young and stopping for burgers. There are definitely changes, but the burgers are just as good. The atmosphere is different in this location from my childhood memories, very clean. (I remember my father ordering thru bulletproof glass with a little window in Newark, nothing against Newark had a lot of family there). When I am feeling naulstagic I buy the frozen ones(not the same but, ok). I bought the 20 burger pack so I could take some home. I nearly fell off my chair when I saw the box, I sent it to my father and he said “night castle?”. Makes me feel old H&K is 20 years old and my memories are 20+ years before that. It’s great to see a establishment spanning multiple generations in a age that only cares about the latest and greatest.

I was disrespected by staff and management on 9/12/2025. After getting off work, my brother and I entered White Castle for something to eat and to use the bathroom. However, another customer came in to use the restroom and ask the White Castle employee for the key. After finding out my brother was still in there, she proceeded to call my brother and drug addict a fein. He’s probably dead in there and a few other unkind statements. Keep in mind the restaurant was 3/4 full. I was angry, and I let them know. I asked for the corporate number to no satisfaction. I asked for the names of the two people who made those comments, they did not tell me. I would never patronize them every again. By the way, my brother has never in his life touched any kind of drugs.
