Visited drive through at 5pm. Long wait time even though the line wasn’t long. Making things worse my double cheeseburgers chicken fries french fries and onion rings were all room temperature. Not freshly made. Very disappointed. I called manager and she recommended I ask for the food to be re-steamed. ??? I told her I shouldn’t have to do that. What a disappointing experience.

Well this restaurant tables and the floor should be clean and also the windows should be shade and the doors should have better locks for protect for the workers so customers could see the changes and you guys should have a bullet proof glass window where you order so the workers could be protected and for one drive thru window you guys should have a bullet proof glass drive thru window only to protect the workers that work there and you guys should paint this place and make a change. This location has the standard White Castle fare. Food can be undercooked slightly and the coffee occasionally acidic. But it’s still a cheap eat, and if you visit in the non busy hours it can be a comfortable sit down inside for you. Otherwise, it can be quite a wait.

So let me start off by saying I’ve been to a lot of White Castle’s from one end of Long Island to Pennsylvania and I’ve always got rust and root service everytime I go through the drive-through specially in Jersey City terrible service and so I come to this Clifton one and nayeli & Brianna was working the drive-thru Nayeli was the one that took my order she was so patient and so helpful I loved the way that she took care of me Sperry professional and great service and I wasn’t rushed and it was great so then I get up to the window and there’s Brianna asking me do I want any sauces or anything very sweet very polite very professional I highly recommend you guys go at night to this White Castle after coming home from work you don’t want to deal with the rushing and the rudeness and these two girls were phenomenal I highly recommend that you go to this way Castle thank you for the good food and a good service girls I highly recommend this place

The guy who said that the burgers were sloppily made was right. I ordered 5 impossible without cheese and 5 with. It was on my way from the university so it was meant to be convenient. I got home, most of the burgers didn’t have anything in them and were splitting apart they were so dry. I waited over 15 minutes in the store while they were training someone and at the time I was diplomatic and calm and said it was okay. I even confirmed the order on several occasions and they still got the order wrong. I come here all the time but I will never come back here again. I drove all the way from Fair Lawn to this location after a long day to have them correct the order and ended up eating it there. Also, they added three regular burgers to the order when I came back to correct the order. Both of the managers were completely incompetent. Message to the owner, I’m certain you are losing a lot of money hiring people 15 dollars an hour to screw up the majority of the orders.
