Today is 08/01/26, 7:00 am. I sat down and spent some time deciding what I would order to eat while solving personal problems on my cell phone. They just kicked me out and said I couldn’t stay long, I was incredulous. I’ve never had a situation like this! I never enter this place again and I don’t recommend it.

Went specifically for the deal posted at every white castle. This particular place even had it on the marquee. Went inside on the smaller side one table to eat and a small sit down counter facing the window. Get to the counter and ask for the deal posted every where ” were not doing that” was the response . Ended up getting something else
Have to agree with the reviews burgers were soggy I mean soggy bottom bun was literally paste . Fries were hard . Remix soda machine had limited options. Best thing were the onion rings fresh hot and crispy.

I love going to white castle, my son loves the chicken sliders and we come at least twice a week, and we always have the pleasure of getting served by Mrs. Cynthia, she’s so courteous and funny and always has the best attitude, thank you for this lovely lady.

I’ve gone to this White Castle plenty of times and it seems like they always take over 20 min to make an order. I’ve gone through drive thru and would see the worker talking to the other worker instead of helping out. Wait time for food service is horrible.

I ordered ten items and only receive six. The fish nibblers were burnt, and I did not received any jalapeno cheese sliders, a total of four. Also, the delivery driver sent two messages, stating, waiting for your order. I sent a message back stating, ” calling them now”. I called this establishment five times and no one answered. After I received the food, I called back again to complain about the missing items and a female answer, she informed me that I had to call Uber.

They recently renovated the exterior and interior and it looks much cleaner inside than it used to. I was surprised to hear that they no longer sell Veggie sliders but they had Impossible sliders so I ordered one along with three original sliders. The impossible slider was real good: a thick patty with leafy shreds of Onion . Meanwhile, the original sliders (thin patty, chopped onion bits, pickle and ketchup) were solid. Overall, this location exceeded my expectations.

They have a new AI drive-thru that listed our order correctly, but the crew repeated our order incorrectly and then gave us extra ketchup and pickles, which we didn’t order. And,the food was cold and tasted unfresh – like they tried to sell us someone else’s order that they messed up.

I visited this White Castle to pick up a large order for a company lunch. As I was leaving the store with the order, one of the employees sang “big back, big back,” clearly mocking the amount of food I had purchased. I found this behavior offensive, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Never coming back again
