We had an amazing Valentine’s dinner at The Whistle Stop in Hurst, Illinois! The salmon was truly the best we’ve ever had — perfectly cooked and incredibly fresh. The ribeye was juicy and flavorful, and the shrimp scampi was light and delicious. You could taste the quality in every bite.
The details made the night extra special — white tablecloths, chair covers, and beautiful rose-shaped napkins. The gift shop was charming too!
Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back.

Love love the chicken livers. If you want fresh and homemade food this is the place!! Edited..Omg! Hubs said do Whistle Stop for supper. I ordered the chicken livers, mac n cheese, cheeseburger, onion straws and zucchini!! Everything is delicious!! We do not eat out alot so when Hubs says it’s good then it is! ( Hubs is a awesome cook) There is enogh for 2 meals each!!
