We traveled from Savannah, GA on 02/08 to celebrate my sister’s birthday, choosing this place because the website advertised brunch from 12 PM–5 PM.
When we arrived, the front desk was empty. After waiting about five minutes, we were approached by an employee named Chelle, whose demeanor was unwelcoming from the start. The restaurant was mostly empty with low music, so we asked if brunch was still being served. We were told no due to Super Bowl weekend, even though there was no notice of this change on the website.
Since we had already driven so far, we decided to stay. We were seated at the bar, but the service remained unpleasant. The food portions were very small, and we were REQUIRED TO PAY before seeing or tasting our food, which was disappointing.
Overall, the lack of communication, poor customer service, and underwhelming food made this experience not worth the trip. I will not be returning and would not recommend this restaurant.

Great spot. Music was AWESOME! DJ made sure to keep it live and engaging. It did feel a little like a high school dance where everyone mingled with whomever they came with so it’s more of a date kinda place or a girls night out. Still great vibes. Food was exceptional. Well this my first time visiting in Best Meadows. It’s was delicious. I gotta tell you. 8 have not had any wings this good since the 1995 when the jaguars first came to the city. Chicken wings just don’t taste the same. When I tasted these wings. They melted my mouth. I told every one at work. These percent great . Me and some co workers will be ba j on our next off day. They should call those wings . Best wings in Jacksonville Florida. The taste was satisfying to me.

I come here once in a blue moon but every time I do, it’s always a great experience. The customer service is always good. Even when it’s busy, the staff remains positive and maintains great attitudes, which really makes a difference.
And the food? Honestly, that’s the real reason I keep coming back. I truly believe this place serves some of the best seafood in Jacksonville.
Although loveee the abundance. I personally am not a club person, so I don’t really care for the music but that’s because I prefer R&B music and a calmer, laid back atmosphere. But If you’re looking for more like a club vibe this is it..highly recommend.

March 22 was my birthday so we got a vip Friday to celebrate into my birthday. Drea decorated the vip so amazing for my birthday and Drea and Liana gave an awesome experience for my birthday. The decoration and effort really meant a lot. Music was good too minus the few equipment malfunctions.

It was a nice place. I didn’t like that you pay in advance. I thought the food was alright. We had the big back brunch. It was a lot of food. There was shrimp and grits, fish and grits, lamb chops, bacon, sausage, and waffles. I didn’t particularly like the lamb chops. The server was unavailable a lot of times. We ordered the bottomless mimosas, it took so long to get a refill I don’t feel like it was worth it. I had to flag down our waitress a lot. I didn’t enjoy that. I don’t know if they need more servers but something needs to change to improve the service. It took a very long time to receive our food. They said they added more food to compensate but I would have preferred to have it sooner. I’m not sure if I’ll return.

We went to meet friends on a Wednesday night. The food was sub par. I had wings and oysters. Our waitress was not very friendly and had us cash out after our initial order even though we were not leaving nor was she. When asked why, she stated management told her to do this. We did not bother placing another order. The floors were super slippery and I almost fell walking to the bathroom so don’t wear heels unless they are non-slip. There were some mats but not in the main walkways. There are large TVs so you can watch sports or whatever. The ambience was nice but I wish the staff were friendlier. This place was a 40 min drive for me so I won’t be returning on my own accord.

We came with 7 people to celebrate a birthday. At first there were only 5 of us, and the waiter had us pay upfront before food was served, which I’ve never seen at a fine dining place. Later, 2 more people joined. Once the other 2 people arrived, they added automatic gratuity for the rest of our orders.—very unfair and inconsistent.
The bar prices didn’t match the menu, and it was clear the waiter and bartender weren’t getting along. Our food even went to the wrong tables, so service was very slow. The food itself was average—the oysters Rockefeller were not good at all (stick to the plain oysters).
The music was nice, but overall the service, pricing, and gratuity issue ruined the experience. I wouldn’t return.

We got charged $20 per person just to seat at a table, idk if they always charge or maybe this was a New Year’s Eve thing. Food was good, I tried the chicken quesadilla. Drinks were kind of weak and music was too loud in my opinion. We had to scan a menu and order food ourselves but overall it was a good experience. I wouldn’t go back tho
