It’s a great place for a party, including a stage for the band and space for dancing! We had quite the crowd and the wait staff handled everything gracefully. Great place to throw a party! I booked the back half of Whiskey West for my 50th birthday and they knocked it out of the park! The food was delicious, hot and they accommodated dietary needs. I had pre-ordered a half sheet cake and slightly panicked when I realized there was no way it would fit in my refrigerator, they graciously let me store it in their fridge last minute. There were no minimums or deposits. They made it very easy for me to enjoy my party and my guests were all impressed.

The place was fun. They were doing a high school reunion so it was a little odd, but our service was good and the atmosphere was fun. Larger selection of whiskey, bourbon and scotch than most bars/pubs. They did have something for everyone at every price point. The food was really good, tots were crispy and the pickle fries and cheese curds were top notch. Would like to revisit on a non event night, the food and service are a recommended any night of the week.

It’s a pretty cool bar located in West Seattle. The interior is very spacious, and they have a great selection of whiskey and bourbon to choose from. We ordered a sampler of cheese curds, tots, and onion rings to share. I tried the Bright Lights, Big Bourbon Sour, and it was refreshing. I also tried a pour of Parker’s Heritage, and that was delicious.

I’ve been several times over the last year with my girlfriend and have even taken a couple friends, because the food is really good and the atmosphere is beautiful. It’s nice to have restaurants in Morgan Junction, and I want to support them. I keep hoping the service will get better, though. It feels like inconveniencing the staff to be there. Last time we went, I had a similar experience to another reviewer, when the server threw the menus on the table, slammed down the water, then walked away. It went downhill from there. I figured the person may have been having a bad day, but if I’m being totally honest, the staff seems grumpy every time; so maybe it’s a general vibe there. There has been one bartender/server who has been kind so far, and he made an incredible cucumber martini. Hopeful for improvements in the welcoming feeling. From reading reviews, there are others who have felt more welcome, so we will give it a few more tries.

Tonight, service was really good. Everyone seemed in a good mood. Food was great as usual, and we really enjoyed ourselves! Will be back again!

My wife and I had a bad experience here that resulted in 24 hours of food poisoning. We went on a slow night, a Tuesday. Sat at the couches. There were 2 bartenders but service was slow and our overpriced $20 drinks sat empty for quite awhile before we were checked on. Finally our meals arrived. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich. Sauce was squirting out the sides… ranch and hot sauce. Very OVER sauced. The bun looks as though it was slathered in butter adding to the greasy wet nightmare. The fries were also greasy and soggy. But thats not the worst part. About 6-7 hours later the stomach pain started. It got worse. Over the next several hours that sandwich came back up. Some of the worst pain from food poisoning I’ve felt. I should have paid attention to their “good” rating on the front of the building by the food inspectors. We will never eat there again.

We came here for dinner and really enjoyed it. We had the chicken bacon ranch pita and Cali chicken burger. Both were delicious. Big portions and the fries were great. Huge whiskey selection, though they were out of the one I was hoping to try, such is a good excuse to come back. Husband was able to have an NA beer, which was a nice option.
Quick edit: They reordered the scotch that were out of when we came last. Came back yesterday to try it as it came in last week. Awesome! Super friendly. Will be back. Thank you!

This is a very good whiskey bar. The drinks are creative, and taste amazing. The bartender was very friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere and decor in this bar and restaurant are outstanding.
