I gave it high rating for the atmosphere and views. The food was ok … I personally thought it was good wouldn’t come for just the burger or the deviled eggs. The whiskey’s and drinks are plentiful. The main attraction is the atmosphere and vibe. The hotel is loaded with wonderful art from a lot of local artist.

We found this place for after dinner drinks. I would say the vibe is pretty cool. Had a great atmosphere and great views of the river. Kinda industrial rustic style. The drinks were good and we would visit this spot again. Great selection of spirits too.

We had seen pictures of the Whiskey Thief in a magazine and being new to the area we decided to try it out. The atmosphere and views were outstanding. The food perfect . Service needed help!!!! I asked for a non alcoholic drink got one that took forever to get, asked for another got it almost as we were leaving.

This restaurant was 10/10. We went on a Sunday without a reservation, got an outdoor patio seat overlooking the river at sunset. The espresso martini and Chattanooga whisky flight were super smooth and delicious! The Parmesan truffle fries were so good, the fried chicken sandwich was crispy and sweet, it was different, but the best sandwich ever! The chicken wings were also good but a little dry. Great service and atmosphere for a date night or girls night!

I loved the atmosphere here. Had to go and do a chair repair and loved the art and bar decor. I hope to come back and visit. Some of our friends go there a lot and absolutely love it!!! I love the outdoor area that wraps around the bar area. It’s an amazing view.

The staff at this restaurant are awesome! We had Will as our server and they were absolutely amazing. I loved the suggested drink and their overall delightful personality. We were also helped by Sean and Taylor (I’m so sorry if I’m misspelling any of that!). This team takes care of everyone in the building! It was so nice to know how much each person cared. The food was delicious!!! Definitely coming back here. They made my 10th Wedding Anniversary extra special!!!

We came to visit for vacation. The atmosphere and view is fantastic. It’s very comfortable. The service has always been great. The cocktails are unique and reasonably priced. I’ve only ever had the burger but it was delicious.

Can’t recommend this cocktail bar enough!
We visited the bar late night while staying at the hotel and it did not disappoint.
Despite clearly being short staffed and having a busy night – we were greeted almost immediately and encouraged to help ourselves to a seat. We sat at a table away from the bar (only one available) and a server came by to take our drink order.
Before he could return, another employee – who was running food to another table – immediately came over to us after to see if we wanted to order food (which we did!).
She took our order, then the drinks arrived and before we knew it the food was out and was incredible! The menu is quite limited – and even more so when you one of you doesn’t eat meat – and yet we were able to make a meal out of 2 caesar salads, the hummus plate and the deviled eggs.
And don’t even get me started on the cocktails!
We started with a Manhattan and an Espresso Martini that were perfectly crafted. And then for our dessert round switched to their signature Old Fashioned. Each one was better than the next!
Thanks for an incredible time, Whiskey Thief. We will definitely we back!

Great spot for drinks with friends or a date night. The interior design is chic and inspiring. The outside boasts incredible views of downtown including the walking bridge and river. I recommend going just prior to sunset to capture some pics.
