Whiskey Hideaway is absolutely what Staten Island has been missing. The food is great! I had the Elvis burger and shared the poutine (disco fries), cheesesteak empanadas, and pretzel sticks. Everything was top notch! The drinks were also good, and not your average offering.
We really appreciated the professional pool hall on the other side of the bar. It looked like there were at least 10 tables and you rented them by the hour. I have not seen a pool set up like that with a hostess in years. Very nice, and definitely a reason to come back and hang out. Whiskey Hideaway is not just for dinner, it is a destination!

A great bar to come with friends and hang out. Food is above average for a bar. Lots of parking, great menu to choose from and plenty of pool tables! Hard to get a server to order food or drinks when really busy other then that a great place! Must try the French Onion Soup and the Fish and Chips are to die for!!!!!!

Jameson shrimp and cheesesteak empanadas…. Mmmm delish! Desert cocktail menu . Sampled only a fraction of the menu, but the food was hot and flavorful. Katelynn was sweet and attentive. Drinks were strong… love the barrels… overall a spot to check out!

The restaurant is very spacious with ample amounts of television for sport fans, a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, a bunch of pool tables, and a good variety of foods. Terry provided great service as he was quick, friendly, and attuned to diners’ needs. I got the truffled mushroom burger which was definitely quite big and flavorful, with a side of sweet potato waffle fries which was a bit too sweet for me since they sprinkled sugar on it. Overall it was a great dining experience and I look forward to trying their other foods one day soon! It’s a great place to chill where you can grab some beer and snacks as you watch the game or shoot pool! There’s also occasional events being hosted here so call in advance to inquire if there’s any fun activities planned when you go

Came with family food was delicious drinks were good. The ambiance was good as well. We also played pool after would definitely recommend to others. I got a double decker grilled cheese and I added a burger patty it was delicious!!

The quality of the cocktails at Whiskey Hideaway are nothing short of incredible for a place on Staten Island. Makes you really feel like you’re somewhere else.
The Smokey old fashioned is outstanding.
And the wings are some of the best I’ve had on the Island, which in the case of wings is really saying something.
Highly recommend to anyone in the area to check this place out for food and drinks, not to mention they have an entire room full of immaculate pool tables.

Found this place by accident (not a decertified enough). Took my boys for a pool game since I haven’t played in 20years. Had a great time. Nice place, very open and clean. Had a draft Blue Moon which was perfectly poured and cold, there is a full Bar with a huge variety of spirits. Also some happy hour eats like wings, fried pickle and for the first time for me Sweet tater tots which were really yummy tasted like mini churros if you know what that is. Overall I give it two thumbs up. Will definitely be back again with family and friends

Absolutely terrible customer service. I came here with my 12 friends to celebrate my 30th birthday. I spent as the birthday guy $130 on shots and drinks not including what my friends had spent. Everything was perfect until we ordered maple bacon wings and put it on a friends tab. We even had to verify and bring my friend to the bar and say it was indeed for him. After about a 45 min wait they bring out wings but it is the wrong flavor and my friend lets them know. They take back the wings and later about 15 mins bring out fries. I’m not sure where fries came from but they insisted this was our order. The bartender came out insanely nasty and insisted we ordered and said we were drunk and did order the fries. My question is why would we order fries and be served wings initially? I was extremely upset not that the order was wrong but the fact that the bartender was rude and nasty. After about 10 mins of the fries and I ordering my last drink and closing out the tab the same bartender approached my group and said if you are going to say something then say it to my face. Extremely unprofessional as a bartender and employee. The staff is extremely rude and condescending. 10 out of 10 would not recommend this business go to Tina’s whiskey tavern if you want a great vibe. Will not come here again.

Tucked away location but getting popular real fast. They have plenty of pool tables and huge bar. The food is amazing. The truffle parm wings are one of my faves but you really can’t miss with anything else. Hopefully this place sticks around.
