Drove by Whiskey Dick’s on the way to Sunrise Beach and the name made me chuckle so I went in to have some dinner. Kept it simple with a cheeseburger, tater tots, and pulled pork baked beans. It was a great pub style burger – well-seasoned and delicious. The tots and beans were great sides. Everything was super affordable – that burger is a great deal at only $9.
Loved the friendly bartenders and clientele – chatted with a couple folks at the bar and just had a grand old time. Fair warning the bar is quite smokey so if you’re not into that you might want to grab a seat by the back. Will happily return to Whiskey Dick’s for more awesome food, drinks, and conversation.

Great little place, what I would consider a dive type bar with good food. Dive bar is a good thing in my opinion, some of my favorite places are dive bars. Been going here for years for food and drink both. Food is typical bar/grill but I’ve never had a bad meal. Service is usually great, Kara is the best.

Staff: the staff was awesome. They were fast with orders of drinks and prices were great. Warning… don’t drink too much whiskey… performance will be hindered.
Building: was clean and spacious.
Star rating: 5 stars because everything was great there. I plan on going back.

Whiskey Dick’s is a great little dive bar with tons of character. If you don’t mind a smoky atmosphere, it’s the perfect spot to kick back with a drink. There’s a pool table, cold beer, and a laid-back crowd; classic dive bar vibes in the best way. Definitely worth a stop if you’re into no-frills, local hangouts.

We love this place! Kara, Lisa and Darrin are great. The food is pretty darn good. You’d get 5 stars if it was non smoking. But not a huge problem for us, keep it up!

Did not realize before walking inbthat it is a smoking establishment and it was overwhelming. Food was average at best. True locals type duve bar for sure with interesting people watching. Kara was the only staff and was running her tail off and was definitely the best aspect of the place.
