My wife and I went here on a date night. I felt underdressed with my flip flops and basketball jersey, but nonetheless I was treated like the other patrons in suits and ties.
My wife had the shrimp dish that she loved. I had the Mr Frenchy, which consisted of pot roast style French dip meat. Which is not my favorite but this had great flavor and texture.
I thought the food and service was great. My only complaint was the lack of steak options on the menu. For a name like whiskey butter you’d think there would be more than one option of steak (60$ ribeye). Otherwise, great visit! We’ll be back!

Absolutely amazing.We had ribeye dinner and Pappys special appetizer which was amazing and enough for a meal. Totally impressed on how the owners interact with everything from taking orders to bringing people their meal to making drinks. That shows alot! Prices reasonable they don’t list a menu with prices but don’t let that scare you actually some things were less charge then should be . It is located inside of a hotel but again trust me when I say go there. 10 out of 10

I’ve eaten here more times than I’d like to admit. Will, his family, and crew are amazing. I’ve tried about half the menu and everything has been awesome. Will and his family even prepared the best Thanksgiving dinner ever for me and my crew of 25 on three days notice. Thanks again.

This restaurant is in a hotel so the location and parking is convenient. The restaurant and bar was very cozy but was a little dark. Food menu was on a QR code on the drink menu, make sure to bring a phone. Menu was very limited with not very many choices. Service was great and attentive. Food was good but average. My husband really enjoyed his cocktail. He had an Old Fashion, said it was the best part of the meal and the best in town.

Food was outstanding. Restaurant is located within a hotel, but once inside the two businesses are well separated. Restaurant is dimly lit and has a romantic feel. The Sticky Ribs as an appetizer were great with a portion enough to fill almost two people. They use interesting ingredients and source their meat including Yak offerings from a local ranch.they also have a large cocktail and local beer menu. Over all we would definitely go again.

Honestly the food was great. We expected a slow wait due to me ordering a steak it did say a 30-45 min wait. The first 30 min of the dining was great. We had great service but once our appetizer showed up 45 minutes after we put our food order in everything changed. Our waiter ignored us and we had to ask the bar where our food was. They informed us the kitchen was slow as a chef had called off. Which is fine but the waiter should have informed us. An hour after our food order had been put in we still had not received our order and our waiter was still ignoring us. We had our two small children so the hostess did offer some complimentary fruit which was great for them. Once we had received our meals and where ready for the check we were ignored once again by our waiter and had to ask another to grab our check. Like I said the food was great but if you have a timeline to meet I would not recommend. And if you want ice in your old fashioned it’s an extra $1. I usually don’t leave reviews good or bad but this was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had in Casper Wyoming.

My wife and I met some friends at Whiskey Butter on a Saturday night. The drinks were awesome very creative. The bartender even came to our table and asked us how we liked them if we needed it sweeter or more sour or anything. His name was Ian. The poutine was the best I’ve ever had. My wife and I went back the next Saturday and the food was even better than the first time I even got the poutine again. Excellent!!!

Delicious food, great service and wonderful atmosphere. My husband says he thinks it’s the best ribeye he’s ever had at a restaurant. The steak is on the pricier side, but well worth it! Large portion, tender and full of flavor. We will be making this one of our go to restaurants for sure! Highly recommend.

Caitlin “Cat” the bartender was a great person and very fun! She made me a great old fashion and my husband a smoked old fashion. The drinks hit the spot after driving for 13 hours. The bar is in the hotel we stayed at on our trip. We didn’t order any food cuz it was almost 10PM. Very nice people. Will go again after we move there.
