To go order for three lunches – received 1 drink out of 3 ordered, still only got 2 in the end despite 3 being paid for. Au Jus served in a cup with a DRINK LID that clearly has a hole in it for a straw, wrapped in 2 inches of tin foil. Au Jus completely soaked the sandwiches, fries, straws, anything and everything it touched. I called to complain and the cashier said that’s the only lid they use. Lack of customer service and I shouldn’t have to beg for all of my items or my food to be dry and not covered in another sandwich’s condiment.

Today was my first time to visit a Which Wich and it was amazing!! The cheeseburger which tasted better than a hamburger and their fries were delicious. Everything was hot! I will definitely be back!

This young man was very rude to be manger he handles the situation wrong he tired to make me pay for a drink that he made a mistake and wrong up the wrong size. Then he gave me the cup and took it back then throw the cup away. Then he use the same gloves to make my food wit this other employee picked up my food wit they hands. This is very unprofessional!!!!! He refused to give me a refund,!!!!!

Go here if you’ve just won the lottery and need to blow some money. $15 for a regular sub and drink at lunch time. Double what I usually spend on lunch. Ordering system is made more complicated than it has to be. Someone was feeling fancy or something. It’s very ridiculous honestly. Food is mediocre. It’s like a Subway except I’m hoping that the food here is actually fresh unlike a Subway. Staff is friendly. Quick. It’s a great place to be your “one and done”

Okay. My first time ever at this sandwich shop. On the front, it says, Superior Sandwiches, let me tell you folks, I can get a much better sandwich at Subway, for a much smaller hit to your wallet. The service was poor. No one explained anything, not about prices (which are not listed anywhere), not about the line, or waiting, or anything. The meat on my sandwich was way too salty, and the whole thing was just disappointing. 3 sandwiches cost as much as a tank of gas. Never again will I come here.

Today was our second time eating there. The first time was amazing! The food was better than expected, and the workers are friendly.
Our second time wasn’t as amazing, but it turned out to be a pretty great experience anyways. Today my sandwich was missing ALOT of meat. It didn’t even look like a sandwich. I decided to call and let them know, and they fixed it. I definitely recommend Which Wich to anyone looking for a good sandwich.

This is my second time eating at the establishment. The first time I went the service was slow. So I ordered online hoping it would be faster. My order was placed at 1:34pm and I was given an estimated pickup time of 1:46pm. I made it a few minutes before my pick up and saw food on the counter and asked the employee was that mine because I had a pickup order. No one helped confirm it wasn’t my food. Looked closer and saw that it was not mine and sat down. Three people came in after me grabbed bags and wrote their sandwich on the bag. Two of them got their food and left. The third person name got called and I went to the counter and asked about my food. Yours is coming. I received my food around 2:10pm the fries were cold and the sandwich was thin. Why does it take so long. I waited almost 30 minutes before I received my food. That is utterly ridiculous.

I went to which which for the very first time today. I was really excited because they have lettuce wraps and they set up was really cool. We placed an order for a regular sized sandwich and regular sized lettuce wrap. It took about 30-40 minutes to get our food due to the employees getting into an altercation while making our food. Lots of screaming and pushing later, we finally got our food. By the time we ate it, it was extremely soggy. Again I ordered a LETTUCE WRAP. They put so much mustard on it that I had to remove the lettuce and eat the inside with a fork. It tasted terrible. Will Not be going back.
