Why have an order form if you don’t follow it. I specifically wrote on it and said it to the cashier NO PEPPERONI and NO BACON!!
Both were on my wich. When asked hot or cold, I said COLD!! It was hot.
Also, how do you leave two young ladies in charge
Of your restaurant when NEITHER one knew the value of change?!?!?! They owed me 87 cents. She started with 5 quarters and her friend said only 3 is 75 cents. So she put to back. Then they both looked at each other completely lost and not knowing dimes, nickels, pennies, how many of each, etc. THIS IS TAUGHT IN THE FIRST GRADE!!!
So after letting them try to figure it out, I asked if they were giving me 85, 87 or 90 cents back (different stores do it differently after pennies were discontinued). She said 87. I told her 2 of those (nickels) and 2 of those (Pennies).
I don’t get it. This is our future.
Maybe math and reading comprehension isn’t a concern in Kentucky.

“Which Wich” is not just another sandwich shop; it’s an emerging culinary experience that has rapidly carved out a unique identity. What sets it apart is its innovative ordering system. Upon entering, you’re greeted by a meticulously designed stainless steel table, complete with numbered bag slots, each representing a sandwich category. This ingenious setup empowers customers to tailor their orders precisely to their liking, eliminating the need for cumbersome apps while streamlining the process for the “Sandwich Artists.” While the in-store experience is engaging, the app offers a seamless alternative, complete with enticing rewards. The true essence of “Which Wich” lies in its commitment to fresh, high-quality ingredients, including options rarely found in mainstream sandwich chains. The vibrant atmosphere, characterized by bright yellow accents and cheerful smiley-face motifs, contributes to an uplifting dining environment. However, this particular location fell short of the typical energetic ambiance, primarily due to a perceived lack of enthusiasm among the staff. Despite this, the exceptional quality of the sandwiches, coupled with unique offerings like hummus as a spread, makes “Which Wich” a standout destination. The availability of hummus, a healthy and versatile option, is a game-changer for health-conscious consumers seeking alternatives in their sandwiches.
Despite some shortcomings, “Which Wich” remains a must-visit, especially considering its limited presence in the state and select regions. While the adjacent gas station may detract from the overall appeal, the sandwich shop itself is a worthwhile stop. To make the most of your visit, take the time to explore the extensive menu options, either through the app or in person. With the right choices, “Which Wich” promises a delightful culinary journey that transcends the ordinary sandwich experience.

The food is good, lots of options and customization, as I feel about Which Wich in general, but not many locations to be found anymore. This one is three hours from me (and the closest available). I really prefer the lettuce wraps due to gluten sensitivity, but no lettuce for a ‘Lettucewich’ two weeks in a row when I passed through (even when given manager assurance for my return trip).

Still, service is good and a better alternative to the usual fast food you find along the interstate. That said, the atmosphere is typical of a fuel station cohabiting space–fine for what it is.

The first time I ate here I was not impressed but this time the food was absolutely delicious. Exactly what I was looking for in a Philly cheesesteak and the fries were the perfectly cooked and crisped.

The lady working the window around noon today was also fantastic.

Never been here before. We didn’t know how to order and the person behind the counter didn’t offer much help. I guess it took too much energy to talk to tell us how to order. Someone else walked up to counter and showed us how to do it. Sandwiches were good.

First time trying this place and can say I was pleasantly surprised. Ordered online and food was ready, and order was spot on. Just wish you could add extra additives, like extra onions or extra oil and vinegar online. Food was awesome as I had the loaded Italian beef with hot peppers and provolone – BOMB! We also order French dip and turkey, bacon, provolone and all 3 sandwiches were great! Will definitely order again. We tried the crinkle fries too; nothing special but they were good with the sandwiches!

The person behind the counter knew I’d never been to a Which Wich before so he came around to show me how to properly order my meal. You have to write your name on a little paper bag and choose the everything you want on on your sandwich or wrap and choose one of 3 sizes. Then choose your side and a drink. I ordered a tuna salad on a Spinach wrap with pepper jack cheese, with cucumbers and hot peppers. It was pretty good and the 7 inch was just the right size for me. I also ordered a small French fry. They seemed a little overwhelmed with the few people in there ordering and forgot my fries. But I went back in and in a couple of minutes they were in my hand and I was on my way. The fries were unsalted though so they were a little flavorless but the texture was good. Overall, it’s a place I would probably revisit.

It was a very confusing process to order the sandwich which I actually had made into a salad. The cookie was OK… Sort of dry. But the food itself was great. The employees were bored.I ordered the grinder.

Last location standing in Bowling Green. It is conveniently located in a gas station but does have several places to eat in. Staff is nice, and sandwiches are fairly good with a large selection. Wednesdays are “Wicked Wednesday,” where they sell the Wicked sandwiches at a discount.

Very good spot to have some lunch, to get really good sandwiches, served hot and made of really fresh and tasty goods. While being on a business travel, Which Wich is definitely one of my favourite ones!! Strongly recommend it. Especially that the entire service here is very quick, professional and always very friendly. Love that Which Wich.
