The sandwiches are decent I was a customer since living in Lake Oswego 5 years, The service has always been trash and the ordering process is literally insane. Today it was the last straw where I did a takeout order from DoorDash but it said they no longer take orders. I walked in and they joked even if I told them what I wanted simple they would still tell me to fill out the gimmick brown paper bag. I will never get a sandwich from which wich again. Game playing rude little kids get a real job.

I am out of town from WA so never have even heard of a Which wich. As someone else who works in a deli, I’m always down to try somewhere new. Forced my son to try it too (instead of subway), after he thanked me for helping him broaden his horizon! Him and his friend had the Italian, and I had the buffalo chicken it was delicious. The young man and young lady working were super nice too.

best experience for a fast casual sandwich chain!! namely due to the service and amount you get for the price. the girl working tonight 12/16 was seriously so kind, working hard alone at that moment, and made a mean sandwich! don’t have high expectations usually for these spots but awesome job !!!

Clean place and amazing staff. Food is ok. Today’s sandwich was cold (like straight from the fridge cold) and the other was warm.). Not what you want from a Rueben. I will say that this is not typical of their service though. They are always friendly and the food is typically very well done. Give these fine people some business.

I ordered a Grinder Sandwich and I have to say it merry all my expectations. It was a warm sandwich with salami, capacola, pepperoni and provolone with veggies. I didn’t realize there is a card you are supposed to fill out for the staff, but she was very polite and explained it to me. I will be back for sure. Service was good, restaurant was clean and Sandwich was delicious!!

the slowest sandwich making ever!!! waited almost 20 minutes for a turkey sandwich. no reason to have this of a long wait for one simple sandwich. They need to have experienced sandwich makers at the counter. almost wanted to go up there and make it myself. disappointed

Couldn’t even eat this mess. This sandwich looked like it was dunked in avocado. They need to give a fork and knife if they are making sandwiches this way. I want my tip back. The 3 employees there all looked like 16 year olds. Not an adult in sight. Who is managing these people and the quality of work?

The tuna salad is amazing! Packed with flavor and excellent portions. Staff is super friendly. Caution- the little hot peppers are pretty spicy- may not recommend it for those that are sensitive.

All of the tables had food on them. So my family and I had to clean our own before we could sit. The associates behind the counter were throwing cucumbers at each other and goofing around while making our food. I even said thank you when they called my name to get my food. Their response was “yep” completely unprofessional, and it seems to be a pattern with Which which locations now a day. It will be a long time before I return, let alone suggest eating here to anyone. Oh and the fryer was out, so I Only have a choice of chips, and there was only 3 options to choose from.
