Fist time at Which Wich was alright. The food was decent but a little over priced. I did enjoy the novelty of placing my order but that didn’t help the staff from missing things in my sub that I paid for. They did give me my items after I requested them but still not a great first impression.

Which Wich is a great choice for a grab and go fresh made-to-order sub sandwich! I love that they have wheat bread available at no additional charge and appreciate the convenient ordering system comprised of checking boxes on a small sub sized paper bag, so there’s no confusion. Ruby took my order and she was so kind and professional. Service was fast and food was tasty!

These guys do not care about their job. They somehow lost my sandwhich order after directly handing it to them and paying. After 25 mins and everyone in the store being served despite me being there first i go up and they dont even have the bag i just handed them. It shouldnt be 17$ and 35 mins to get one mid sandwich. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Horrible smell when you walk in should’ve been the first sign, second I asked for my sub not to be toasted and it was, and third I watched the employee sneeze directly onto one of our subs without making any attempt to cover or even turn his head then continued on like I didn’t make eye contact. This place is horrible. I ordered delivery through Uber eats and I didn’t receive the drink and the fries were soggy and cold. I called the store and had to call three times before somebody finally answered. The person just said hello, I had to ask several times if it was the restaurant. I was told they were to busy cleaning to answer the phone because they wanted to go home. I asked about my order and was told that I could drive to the place and get my drink and that the fries were “sitting there for a while” and they were sorry and offered no refund or replacement unless i drove there and asked in person. Kinda defeats the purpose of ordering delivery. The girl that answered said she was a new employee and was only 15 and the manager wasn’t there and they next person in charge didn’t speak English.

I wanted to commend the franchise owner, Joe, for his commitment to quality customer service and how his employees are fortunate to have such a caring and empathetic leader to show them how they can improve their skills and show what real great customer service is. The employees at the Silverthorn location were all so kind and helpful and shout out to Joe for having a great team there.

Placed an online order for pickup at this location. Upon arrival at the stated pickup time, we discovered that there was one employee working with about 20 patrons waiting for their orders. Waited over an hour and the meals were never prepared. The employee was too busy to answer questions. Feel really bad for the one guy dealing with the incompetent management of this location. We are local to the area and will never return. I strongly suggest eating elsewhere.

Skip this one, there’s plenty of good restaurants nearby.
If you’re hoping for a cheap meal, you can get a cheaper burrito next door at chipotle (which is bigger) than a sandwich you get here
If you’re hoping for quick service, pick somewhere else. It took them about 20 minutes to make 2 sandwiches which wouldn’t have been so bad if the food wasn’t gross and soggy
The staff seemed indifferent towards the customers, working at a slow pace, stopping to have conversations with each other instead of making the food we were waiting on. Lastly, they needed to be reminded that we ordered a shake and fries.
Total for two sandwiches, a shake, and small fries was $37

Ordered a large shake specifically showing the size cup I wanted. Payed 11 dollars and was given a watery strawberry milk in a small cup. Bad service and food. Won’t return.

We waited 30 minutes for our meal and then had to cancel because by the time they got to ours, they ran out of everything that we ordered. Continued to take orders for things that they didn’t even have and making customers wait. We waited in store 30 minutes before finding out order needed to be canceled. Then 20 minutes later our soda cups were leaking! Also, which which change your model because having people lineup to fill out their papers and then lineup to pay is causing double the wait time thank you.
