My wife told me that she loved Which Wich. So when the option to have dinner there was presented, she was very happy, and assured me that this was the “right call”.

It was most certainly not.

We got three sandwiches – the cali-roll, the meatball, and a kids pizza sub. All of them were lacking.

The meatballs were low quality – very bland – and the sauce was minimal, leaving a dry sandwich.

The kids pizza sub might as well have just been a piece of pepperoni and a drop of sauce smushed between old bread – and I do mean smushed… It looked like it was sat on, and we ordered in-person.

The cali-roll was the most disappointing of all of it. The crab was barely there – it almost looked like they took the ingredients for a kids sized sandwich and tried to spread it on a large. The sauce was very minimal and the cucumbers were all on one side. I added spinach and jalapenos – the spinach was acceptable, but I literally got 2 jalapeno slices for the entire sandwich (one per section). The only redeeming factor of this sandwich was the bread… That was fresh and tasty. But there is more to a sandwich than the bread alone!

In addition, the service was non-existent. We weren’t greeted, ordered at the kiosk, and the time we were even spoken to was when our number was called. When filling up the drinks, we noticed the lemonade (which we ordered) was out. I let one employee know, to which she responded “okay”, but continued on. We filled up with something else and left.

I will give credit where credit is due… The store was pretty clean. Yes, it’s a newer store, but they do look like they are keeping it clean and appealing.

I will probably try another Which Wich, but it won’t be this location. 2 stars.

Placed an order online for pick-up. The French Dip barely had any meat on it and they did not give me the AuJu dip. That is the whole point of a French Dip sub. It was dry and not much flavor with out the AuJu. The Ruban was lacking meat as well. The Grinder was decent and was the best looking sub out of all. I went like twice when they first opened and the same thing….very stingy on the meat and toppings. I use to go to the Denton location once or twice a week as that location packed the subs with meat and toppings and was fantastic. I usually go to Jersey Mike’s as they are consistent with their subs and are always good.
I went here as I was with someone that wanted a Ruben. The fries were not fully cooked and soggy. I will not be back as this location needs to step it up and make the subs like other locations of Which Wich. They are cutting corners and it shows.
So if you are in the mood for a Sub skip this place and go to Jersey Mike’s or Firehouse…..even Subway is better than this location. No one even finished their subs….our puppies enjoyed it though as they ended up with most of the subs and fries. We ended up going to Jersey Mike’s anyway.
Very disappointed in this location….it is a bad location for this chain. Definitely not getting my buisness anymore. Service was very friendly.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the newly opened sandwich shop, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The menu offered a fantastic variety of sandwiches, catering to all tastes and preferences.
Granted it is a chain, but the service was exceptional as well. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, helping me choose the perfect sandwich. They also ensured my order was prepared to my liking, and it arrived promptly.

Great customer service here. Their sandwiches are always great to me! Super quick too. I usually swing by this location a few times a month. Never disappoints. Highly recommended if you enjoy a good cold cut.

Always a great experience! I take advantage of their $7 weekday deals and do online order each time. Never have to wait and orders are always ready when I get there. Food tastes great and exactly how I ordered it! Clean and pleasant ambiance.

This was my first time going to the new Which Which off of Frontier PKWY. Haven’t had a good sandwich in awhile and wanted to try it since we live so close. I had ordered a “large” meatball sub and a “large” Buffalo Chicken. The “large” is the size of a subway 6inch… unless that was a mistake when the sandwich was being made. The meatballs on the sandwich were partially cold, there was absolutely no marina on the sandwich, for which I had to add my own once I got home, and it left a taste of freezer burn in my mouth. The Buffalo chicken sandwich that was customized with pickles and banana peppers didn’t come with banana peppers and there was a total of 3 pickles on the “large” sandwich. When charging as much as Which Which does, I’d hope the quality would be a little better. Quite disappointed in the quality of food. Staff was great, very kind. Restaurant was clean and well kept. However, was expecting something more than what I paid for.

We hit this spot between baseball games on a Saturday. We were there before 11am so it was not super busy at all. I would agree with others, the order process was a little long and there were so many questions. Order came out in a timely manor. I ordered the BLT wrap with no tomatoes. I was really hoping for a larger portion. I liked that the bacon was in small pieces. It was a decent sandwich for sure. I am a little bummed that the wrap came with tomatoes… they were really busy by the time I got my food so I did not ask them to remake it.

Great sandwiches, fresh ingredients. It’s a bright, clean space with a nice sitting area. Good place to bring kids to eat during or after Frontier park practices.

I ordered a large BLT, it wasn’t cheap. When I bit into it, it was more LT, not so much B. The staff was nice, no issues there. But I can go down the street and get way more sandwich for my money. Taste of the food was mediocre at best. I’m going to have to think twice before going back. I tried it because it was convenient.

Stopped by for a quick snack and got a sub. Bread was fresh and not overly baked. Honestly one of the better subs I’ve had in a while. Will be back.
