After my first visit today, awesome experience.

FOOD: I ordered a Reuben sub while my partner asked for a Bac-Hammon—and they were both amazing. Mine had just the right amount of sauce on it and the kraut was really good. We both inhaled our food I also ordered chips and a drink. The only thing I was disappointed about was they only had Original Sun Chips. Ew, who gets those Get some Garden Salsa up in there.

MENU: Huge. Not only are the given options never ending, but their customization for each sandwich is perfect. There are a few on the list that I am kinda desperate to try.

SERVICE: Really, really kind. It looked like a young staff but they were quite smiley and very helpful. Two of the free workers at the register (at two separate times) had noticed the slight confusion on the next person’s face (on how to order) and they, without hesitation, came around the counter and walked them through the ordering process. Very impressive, honestly. They all had pep in their step, too!

WEBSITE: Phenomenal. Runs smoothly, looks beautiful, and is also SUPER easy to navigate. Very straightforward ordering process. I’d actually recommend you do it this way rather than in-store.

PRICE: Pretty reasonable, when comparing prices of other places. It’s not cheap but it surely isn’t expensive. For two regular-sized subs, chips, a soda, and two shakes (one small, one large) all came out to ~$32. This is about the price I expected to pay when I walked in for the first time.

RECOMMENDATION: Absolutely. And I’m going back for more.

Honestly great food overall. Good employees. Nice safe atmosphere. Just truly upset with a lot of management’s decisions. Most recently they’ve decided to take off their breakfast items because “the new store will be selling breakfast” I’m not sure it should be a priority to open more food locations when you have to continuously cut the hours of service and the menu items off the existing establishments. Seems like they are half way sabotaging their own business and/or not truly caring about the customer in the end. Seems to be all about the maximum profit in the end. Sure that makes sense in the end long term from a business perspective but it seems to be with little to no consideration for the actual consumer. The employees also have to deal with the brute end of the issues with absolutely zero heads up or announcments of their major decisions. Mind you this is the same company who decided to replace the large fridge full of karma water “which sold out frequently” for a much unhealthier swap of redbull mini fridge. All based of the statistic that redbull sells more and not taking into the consideration of our communities health or well being. Same company who decided to open a hot n now fast food establishment instead of a smoothie shack or something much healthier. I don’t agree with their major business decisions with this area lately and I’ve made my opinions vocal time and time again. This is just one more way of being shedding light on the many issues I’ve already addressed.

The fries were cold and not crispy which was disappointing.

The sandwiches tasted delicious but the muffaletta on my muffaletta wrap was missing. I didn’t notice until we got home and they did not answer the phone so couldn’t get a hold of anyone to fix.

We only sampled the gelato and it was delicious!

Paid around $25 for two regular sandwiches and fries.

1st time trying this place we normally go to Jimmy John’s and we were pretty disappointed ordered my kids just a basic turkey sandwich it was drown in mustard, I ordered a turkey club with double turkey instead of ham i also couldn’t taste anything but mustard and there was no bacon (was listed as a topping on the club) i had to eat my sandwich with a fork the bread was not even on the top this was after it was remade more than once (not by request they remade on their own due to messing up) very bummed will probably not be back ‍♀️

So we took a chance late in the day having wanted to try it for a first time.. what a disappointment sandwich 1 Philly steak , had a type of sauce or cheese i didnt choose, wasn’t the worst iv had but wasn’t great

Sandwich 2 , turkey club . This was a total disaster took several try to make a pretty simple sandwich , yes there was some confusion so I was understanding but when we got home the top bread was just shoved to the side and all the toppings smeared everywhere .. it was basically just a mush sandwich at this point and had to be eaten with a fork .. also insane amount of mustard overpowering all the other toppings

Sandwich 3 , also a simple turkey sandwich that was so full of mustard it was pouring out of the sandwich.. my kids aren’t picky eaters but they wouldn’t take more than a few bites

Wasted almost 50$ on an almost inedible dinner for the most part

Misleading menu. Not easy to order. If you want bacon on anything even if it says it comes on the sub it’s $4 up charge!!! I’ll stick with subway.

Fun place! As I write, this is one of two WW stores in Michigan. The other is on the CMU campus in Mt. Pleasant. Our schedule was off the norm, so we decided to pop in and try WW for the first time. Their signature “Wicked” sandwich was the Wednesday special so we gave it a shot. The staff was super friendly and walked us through the WW-way of ordering. In my opinion, WW is a cut above the other usual sandwich places so we will return to try more of the menu. This store is located at an easy off/on from US-131, so give them a look!
