We got off the interstate specifically to come to this establishment as it is my favorite spot that’s not longer offered where I live. We have ordered here before when we are traveling through. We got back on the road only for me to find that my sandwich wasn’t correct. When I came in to address the issue, the young lady was not very accommodating at all. She looked at me as if she saw no problem even though I was explaining to her the problem. After repeating myself she still looked at me like there was no problem. I then asked her should I take my sandwich and go, there was no response. I picked up my sandwich and left. These sandwiches aren’t cheap and it was very disappointing that no customer care was acknowledged.

Super nice staff friendly. Seems like family ran for you that don’t know which wich is a unique sub chain. They even have their own mountain dew. Cool concept. Tasty subs restaurant was clean. Brand new check out my pictures as well

My son & me came in today for the first time! The staff was so friendly, cheerful & a sweet lady came from behind the corner to show us how to place our order. Our subs were delicious! We will definitely be back!!

We ordered a Steak and egg sandwich and a turkey club wrap. The steak and egg barely had any steak and there was sliced boiled egg instead of fried/scrambled egg. The turkey club was missing some of the toppings that was requested and not much bacon on it.

The concept is great! The development of the sandwich not so great IMO. Definitely, not a Subway, Jersey Mike’s or Jimmy John’s. First time visiting, ordered the wicked. The bread was delicious. The protein on this sandwich is ham, bacon and pepperoni. I ordered the regular. They put 1 piece of bacon, 1 extremely, finely cut, piece of ham and what looked like 3 pieces of pepperoni.

Which wich use to give a great amount of veggies on their subs. This one barely gave any and it’s dry as dry can be with mayo and vinegar. I understandgoing easy but come on. Not even worth the price I paid for this. Contacted customer service for a refund.

Tried the cloud bread with the Grinder. Also got double meat, it was kinda too much haha. But can’t complain, a lot of places I feel like don’t put enough meat on the sandwich. So really impressed with the value. $8.25 for the cloud sandwich and another $2.50 for double meat. Next time I probably would skip the double meat cause it wasn’t necessary. Also BYO turkey sandwich we ordered was great!

Now, my wife knows that I can be a little picky when it comes to different foods ,but when we tasted it, wow, it was nothing like I was expecting.
The milkshake was handmade, that was an actual milkshake, not with powder. Lol
So we will be returning guests.

Small shop that knows how to make sandwiches. Ordered their “Wicked” sandwich. It definitely was made with love. Bread was toasted and warm. You tasted every ingredient compared to big chain sandwich spots where all you taste is soggy meat and mayo. The size of the large according to their chart I believe is a 10.5″ but looked bigger than subways “foot long”. You gonna pay over $10 for most large sandwiches. But the quality is definitely there.
The way you order your sandwich is kind of unique. To the right of the store are two different paper bags that your mark with markers provided to customize either a build your own sandwich or one of their pre made. This allows you to go at your own pace on how exactly you want your sandwich.
Their milkshakes are pretty good. They are on the thicker side. I wasn’t a fan of their fries. If you sign up for the app you get a hefty cup. It’s a pretty decent cup you can take home and let your kids use for juice.

Had one in Searcy, AR years back. Was glad to see one here in Pooler, GA. Personally, this place offers a wider variety of sandwiches to choose from. I’d definitely choose it over Subway, Firehouse and Jimmy John’s any day.
