First time visiting! I went in to place an order to go and the lady at the register was super helpful as I have not been in here before. I just got a turkey sandwich to go. She was very kind and friendly. After they called my name to pick up the order the other worker handed me the sub. I said thank you and she said nothing. She was not the most pleasant person. The place smells like grease as soon as you walk in because it’s an open grill. I personally do not like to eat in places like that, but they do have an outside patio you can sit on.
Now the sandwich was wonderful. I got it hot and thought it was a fair price. If they had a drive thru, I would eat here more. If you looking for good subs this is the place.

First time eating Wich Wich… I was helped by an older lady with salt and pepper hair, skinny, and glasses. She was super sweet, extremely helpful, and patient! Love love loved her warm demeanor and welcoming smile.
Now the food is a different story. The people making the sandwich completely ignored my selection: I never checked off mayo and yet I got extra mayo. I asked for a lot of vinegar but got zero vinegar. I asked for pickles but got 3 bundled up on the one side of the sandwich. How do you mess up an order when everything is so legible? It’s not like it was busy either. There was only one other person sitting down, already eating.
MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SANDWICH IF YOU ORDER TAKEOUT. DON’T ASSUME EVERYONE HAS READING COMPREHENSION SKILLS!!!!

As visitors, we hadn’t been to a Which wich before. Our first visit was great. We were better by a lady who explained how to order and helped us do that. The sandwiches were delicious and served great value compared to a couple of other places we tried.
When we went back, the sandwiches were still great, but the staff were the most unfriendly, most miserable and unwelcoming bunch imaginable. No welcome, just took the order with a stony expression. We felt like we weren’t welcome there.

The facility was clean but the food was not great. The fries were so undercooked that we had to stick them in the air fryer to eat once we got home. I got the cali club and there was only one slice of turkey on the sandwich. It definitely did not look like the photo. I added bacon to another sandwich and there was only one piece. So disappointing. We will not be back to this location.

My husband and I decided to try out some sandwiches tonight and they were great. We weren’t sure how to order since we had never been to Which Wich before, but one of the employees helped us figure out the menu and was very helpful. You fill out your order on the printed menu on the bag that your sandwich is going to be packaged in, so you can add extras or give special instructions. My husband got the “Wicked” sandwich and he loved it, said it is the best sandwich he’s had. He couldn’t finish it and saved half for lunch tomorrow so that’s saying a lot for the amount of food you get. I got the Gyro on a pita, we both got fries and shakes. The store was clean and service was great. We’ll be back to try more!

Love the Which Wich system of choosing/customizing your sandwich on the bag. The online system is super easy and the food has always been ready when I pick up. I like that they have organic juice boxes for kids. The kid’s meals come in a cute box with veggies. As a treat, kids get a token in their meal to get a small amount of M&Ms out of the machine. I also like the bright, cheerful decor. Great place for sandwiches in Matthews.

Interesting subs of all kinds, a large selection made fresh. The Cheeseburger sub with a fried egg was very good. If your from Philly it’s not a Philly cheese steak your use to. But, overall the sandwiches are unique and worth trying.

Well, the subs are just incredible, the owner of the business is the kindest person. He remembers you and actually cares about his customers. I highly recommend supporting this business. The food is amazing.

I hadn’t been to Which Wich since I worked downtown. Forgot about this location being so close. Went & got the $5 Wicked Wednesday special yesterday. Had a short break before a conference call & it hit the spot.
Was very clean inside. Came in on the tail end of probably a lunchtime rush, but I didn’t have to wait too long. The cashier helped me out by filling out the bag for me. I’d forgotten about it.
My only takeaway was not being to order online. Initially, I tried to order & pay online using a gift card. The transaction was declined because of the billing address. I used my bank card & tried again; it was declined for the same reason.

My family loves it here. I think it’s ok. Little disorganized and the Philly was not great. That said the fires were very good and the kids loved it.
