I was looking forward to this location opening. I’m always looking for a good sandwich place. However, I went during my 1/2 hr lunch break. A worker greeted me, inquired if it’s my time, and then explained the process. You choose a “sandwich bag” titled on top. I went with the vegetarian bag. Then you mark the boxes of what you want on it. That took about 5-10 minutes reading & choosing. Ingredients were fresh, including the bread. Four workers were chatting with each other more than making orders. One girl was making sandwiches, so there was a longer wait than I liked. I wasn’t able to finish my lunch because of this. Hopefully, this service improves over time since they are a new establishment. Next time, I’ll order online or via phone.

The food is really good. The biggest issue I have is the ordering process if you walk in. My first time I had no idea what to do and nobody helped me. So the whole process from writing it up on the bag until I had food in hand, took a while. Ordering online is the way to go.

I was excited to try Which Wich because of the variety. I ordered a black bean patty, but they were out of stock, and many other ingredients. I understand that happens often everywhere, so I changed my order to a Caprese. It includes cheese, tomato, and pesto. I added spinach, and when I arrived home, there were no tomatoes and barely any pesto or spinach. I paid $8.25 for it. My husband said his turkey, bacon, and ranch sandwich was nothing special and was mostly bread. I have seen others photos of their sub and it had an ample amount of ingredients. We bought expensive bread essentially. The staff was friendly, but we waited for an extended amount of time even though there were five workers. We stayed after we received our sandwiches because we had not received the milkshakes. We were the only ones in the store for a while when one of the workers who were all standing around chatting remembered the yellow papers hanging up on the order line for our milkshakes. I doubt we will be back. It was underwhelming.

Tonight was a huge disappointment. I ordered a regular Grinder. I got a vegetable sub with a slight touch of meat. 3 slices of different meats that come on the Grinder. I had to remove the handful of black olives that was too much and luckily had lunch meat in my refrigerator to be able to taste meat. Does my picture even come close to what’s advertised? Not close at all.

Tried this place for the first time tonight, after reading several reviews online and decided to order ahead online. My order would be ready in 18 minutes, (time 6:43 pm) but when I went to go pick up my order, I was not greeted or welcomed by the female employee on her phone and was told my order wasn’t ready. After another several minutes of waiting (time 7:08 pm) I received my order from another employee. There was only two pick up orders in the store at that time and no one else in the store. The food was okay, but with as many sub places we have here and BETTER customer service elsewhere, I recommend Jersey Mike’s or Firehouse Subs. Unless this place gets better, it won’t last long.

I really did not want to come to leave a negative review but after numerous times and spending several hundred dollars at this establishment I am really disappointed with them never getting an order correct. Not one sub was correctly made out of 6 and we ordered pick up so didn’t realize they all were messed up until we got home my daughter orders the Italian beef everytime & we have to check it because despite even writing NO HOT PEPPERS they still add them everytime ( when I showed them the customization and told them the mess up so they could remake the woman working started tapping her fingernails on the counter the entire time I was speaking acting annoyed and rude) on top of that this time they forgot to add numerous toppings added toppings that weren’t listen and sauces didn’t add cheese. I’m just wondering why there is an online option that prints the entire customizations if the people working can’t read it? Better off going to chick fil a or Panera for a local quick easy eat out option!

I have gotten this for lunch a few times in the past. It’s a shame that you have to order double meat and double cheese to get anything really on your sandwich. Not to mention when you go and get one of the specials for “seven dollars” a sandwich but they charge you 825… one single slice of cheese on the whole sandwich and hardly any meat. like what ?

Had a to go order so I didn’t check before we left. I ordered the club, swapping the bacon for roast beef, which I had to pay for as a double meat charge. It was missing the roast beef, cheese, lettuce, oregano, oil and vinegar. Eat in store and double check your sandwich.

First time trying, online order and went to pick up, they never received it, had to call the “manager” and figure it out. Place is in disarray, sticky notes everywhere telling you what they don’t have, they didn’t even have napkins, employees working seemed lost, I don’t see this place here very long unless Corporate help arrives to get it back on track and better training. Disappointing but food was half decent.

Came in tonight(8/28)at around 7:30pm. We were the ONLY customers inside, no other orders. Girl at the register took my order. There was only 2 employees there, no biggie, it was dead. They both sat at the register after hanging up our orders, and BS on their phones and talked for over 5 minutes before they even started our orders. Finally started making them, then walked away on their phones again talking. Took over 15 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. No other customers, no other orders hanging. Was absolutely ridiculous!! Doing their job was clearly not their priority. My husband wanted to say something but was afraid they would do something nasty to our food. If the owner or manager sees this, feel free to reach out!
