Tables were all dirty. Ordered an Avowich and it was destroyed by the lady who made it . The photo is how it looked opening right after it was handed to me. Asked for her name for the review and she said “I’m good on that”. Another person remade my sandwich and also refused to tell me anyone’s first name — which is fine. Just wanted to have more info for the review.

Usually get a fantastic sub, ordered through postmates so not their fault. But tonight, I got my usual, and I didn’t get any of the condiments, just pepper. Also delivered through postmates so all they do is pick it up. Imagine just eating a sub covered in pepper. Probably won’t ever do that again, whoever rang it up or made it was terrible. And when I pulled a Karen and called for a manager, they didn’t have one. They did offer me to bring the receipt and get it remade but there’s a reason I got it through postmates because we live 20 minutes away and wanted a quick dinner. To miss one thing is something but to miss ranch, mayo, oil and vinegar, and salt is another. Thanks for my pepper sub.

Came here and waited for over an hour because the workers kept mixing them all up. After that wait the food was incorrect and they skimped on the protein when corrected. The workers were wearing airpods and ignored the customers. We will not be going back and urge others to look elsewhere.

I’m giving this a three star review solely for an employee called Lauren. The owner was in the store and really couldn’t care less about my order issues. Who cared was Lauren Lauren cared She made my order right I also called back and spoke to the owner who didn’t care that anything was happening at all. It seems. All in all I’m gonna try and get Lauren to work for me and I definitely won’t eat here anymore. I wouldn’t waste your money if the owner does not care about customer satisfaction I don’t think I’m gonna get a good sandwich. What do you think? I called to get the owners first name and he hung up on me. So, to me this is unacceptable. The employees make at make $15 an hour and to have an unsympathetic owners who clearly hasn’t been in the back of the house when it comes to experience is sad. This store has never had good food, and clearly with this ownership it never will. Lauren I hope you aren’t punished for being an amazing employee!

Great service, the lady that took our order seemed excited and happy. Sandwiches are always amazing, my personal favorite is the Philly Cheesesteak, i would definitely recommend trying it out. There’s lots of natural light, and the bright yellow walls make the restaurant feel open and happy. Definitely on the expensive side however, though that’s true of all Which Wich locations, not just this one. There’s also a cool wall where you can hang some art that you drew on the back of the order bag, and you can see the other cool art people have drawn.

Ordered online. The soda came warm…. I’m not talking about they just forgot to put ice in it…. The soda was actually warm and flat. Threw that away. Then came the sandwich… missing ingredients and seemingly gave me food poisoning cuz my stomach has been a wreck all night. Do not recommend.

Worst sandwich I have had in a very long time. Too much mayo, too much oil, too much pepper. Too much of everything but the main ingredients on both subs. Also, it didn’t help that both employees seemed like they wanted to be anywhere else in the world but work. The person who took my order had to pause his headphones so he could hear me.
