We stumbled across this place yesterday. A small truck with a beachy vibe and sitting area. Vey nice couple with their beautiful dog. They had a limited menu yesterday, but what they had was innovative and delicious. Bourbon glazed baby backs were super meaty and they did something to their corn on the cob that was like no corn on the cob I’ve tasted before. Not sure exactly what it was, but it was delicious. Definitely seek this place out.

Popped in for a quick bite after visiting Lake Millbrook for a SCUBA dive. I had 4 ribs +, some Substantial mac n cheese with spring onion, WPF version of Elote (seasoned and cheesy corn on the cobb) on a stick, corn bread biscuit, warm smoked/grilled pinapple, and a drink for $20…. and I would do it again in a heartbeat tomorrow.
*** I think the owner is proud of the pineapple as he offered me a little taste while he was packing up my lunch. The pineapple was so juicy, sweet, smoky, warm, and nice and firm… Super delicious. Easy and fast pay with Square right by the grill…. and nice and convenient little parking lot on John Marshall Highway/ 55.
Owner and wife super nice… 2 entrepreneurial sons flashing roadside signs to drum up more business…. Good people. Good BBQ. Good times!
