Food service and atmosphere should be 10 stars. Kasey, our waiter, was amazing!!! The way he took care of us and the other patrons around us was like we were all part of his family!!! What a hidden gem in waterford. Been coming here for years but would always go to the shack for b-fast.
This is so much more authentic and friendly atmosphere. It does not feel like a factory where food comes 2mins later and you feel rushed to hurry and empty up the space.
The service was amazing, place is not super crowded and the meals were delicious. I stopped by here 2x b-fast and once for lunch.

It feels like home! The service is amazing with smiling and friendly faces. Food was not only cook perfectly but came out fast!! This is our second time going here and it does not disappoint. Pictured here was the Irish omelet and a side of hash, couple that with a Jamaican me crazy iced coffee and its a perfect breakfast!

I often come to When Pigs Fly as it is a pleasant location with nice food. They have a weekly special menu that never fails to disappoint me. It is very pig themed with much pig memorabilia across the walls. The food is always delicious and comes out very quickly. My only problem is that the staff rush you a little because there are not many seats.

Feels like a family run place. I went during brunch time on the weekend. 10 to 15 minute wait but the food was very good and reasonably priced. Service was excellent. Breakfasts and lunches are both good. They roast their own turkey for sandwiches.

Cute place, loved the decor and retro feel to the place. Self serve coffee and tea., gives it a quaint neighborhood feel. Coffee was good. The food came out quick and we did enjoy. If your in the area I highly recommend stopping in for breakfast!

I had a good experience here! The spicy aioli in the chicken wrap was absolutely delicious, though I wish it had a bit more chicken and less spinach. The garlic hashbrowns were a real treat, and the in-house burger and the well-seasoned house fries also stood out. I appreciated the self-serve unlimited coffee—very economical and convenient.

We stopped here for breakfast on our road trip. The unusual name felt inviting. The food was excellent . I had banana bread French toast made from in house banana bread. My wife had hocus pocus with garlic hash brown. She said they were the most well seasoned and flavorful and crispy hash browns.
