Absolutely love Wheat + Water. We always make it a point to try to dine in when we’re in town. We’ve been going for a few years now and I highly recommend. I wish we lived locally as the food is always amazing. We also ordered a kids pizza which was a good size but I didn’t get a chance to snap it. We ordered a pork chop and decided on lemon butter/caper sauce which isn’t on the menu but it should be. It was so good! Brett was an amazing waiter! Can’t wait until we’re back in town.

My husband and I decided to check this restaurant tonight and it was delicious!! The food had so much flavor. I had the seafood ravioli and there was a ton of lobster in it. No skimping!! My husband and steak marsala which was slightly overcooked but he said the flavor made up for it. The portions are perfect. I don’t like when there is too much. Our waitress Ilene was attentive and so sweet. We will go back really soon!

This was absolutely one of the coziest restaurants I’ve been to. Food and service phenomenal. Took care of all our family needs. Tim the server 20 out of 10. Aileen so very accommodating. Took the time to listen and understand. the owner – what!!! Never in my restaurant industry days have seen an owner stop by to see how our experience was. We WILL DEFINITELY be back! Overall this has been what we have been looking for in this busy area that is a good kept secret.

This is a very nice Italian restaurant. The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is elegant. The service was good, but our entrees were slow coming out. Their bread was warm and some of the best bread I’ve had. I ordered the chicken Parmigiano. It was absolutely smothered with cheese, and it was fabulous. My wife ordered a pepperoni pizza, and she loved it. It may very well be the best pizza we’ve had in the Bradenton area. This restaurant is well worth the visit.

I’ve been driving by this place for years- I finally stopped! Party of 1 tonight. The shrimp with Risotto peaked my interest. I was not disappointed with a meal and a glass of sangria to join. Upon entering I was greeted warmly and taken care of throughout my visit. 5 stars for Aileen my server! Provided additional options and I took the stuff Flounder home to try- hubby is out of town! This is close to home and close to my favorite shopping plaza- I will be back with friends!

We love this place! Made from scratch Italian food that is delicious, a quaint ambience, and wonderful service. The house wine is wonderful, salads are fresh and dressing homemade, and the homemade sauces for the entrees are excellent. We love the chicken marsala with fettuccine alfredo and chicken caprino. We also get the specials which are always amazing.

We had been wanting to try eating here ever since we moved here 9 months ago, and finally remembered to make a reservation last night. There were 3 of us, we got there about 15 minutes early and they seated us right away. (Yay!)
The sourdough bread was served to us piping hot and delicious! We all loved our dishes – they were all very tasty. Portions were generous without being huge. We split a slice of the 6-layer chocolate cake, which was terrific – not too sweet, but rich and chocolatey.
We talked to the GM for a while and loved being able to support a local establishment. It was nice talking with him!

Was feeling lazy and ordered delivery from here. Dinner and app cost $60. Very pricey for the amount of food I received. My soup arrived very hot and my dinner needed to be warmed in the microwave….. on the cold side. Wasnt a huge fan of the artichoke appetizer. The dinner was good.

The only con was portion size. For the price of the food (not including delivery and tip) our portions barely covered 1/3 of the containers. It was definitely less then you get in the restaraunt.

Edited… what happened to this place in the past few months? The management is rude and the portions are smaller? The staff is still amazing but that’s not enough to make me go back.
So happy the pizza is back!! The food here is consistently amazing! Michelle was our waitress tonight and she was very attentive and as sweet as could be! …….Another amazing meal here! John is a great waiter and so happy to have this pizza back! I’m not sure how they make the crust but it’s the best I’ve ever hard! Highly recommend the margarita pizza! We also had the caprese salad that was amazing!
