I can’t believe it, an authentic candy & ice parlor in Hobbs!!! It’s super clean and everything in the Shop is ready to eat. They sell all kinds of American & Mexican candy. If you have a sweet tooth and you’re in Hobbs stop by and you won’t be disappointed. They also have an ice cream parlor with the best cold ice cream ready to eat. I bought a waffle ice cream cone and a banana split. They were great. They also a hamburger combo with French fries or onion rings. If you are wondering what to do in the weekend stop by and you’ll have an experience of a life time. I hope to see you there. It was time well spent for my family and myself.

Very good ice cream shop!! Amazing selections on The flavors! I had a banana split with the choice of my 3 scoops and it was all perfect. Very clean atmosphere and the candy choices on the other side had many choices to pick from! I will come here again

This place is small, but looks nice with a cute decor. From what I could see it’s pretty clean & tidy too, which is a definite rarity for a restaurant in Hobbs. The staff were well dressed, and very friendly.
Unfortunately, thats where the good points end.
There were many ice creams buckets co-mingling the air in the freezer. Clearly they had been sitting in there getting to know each other for quite awhile.
It was easy to see the dark areas that form on the surface of old ice cream as it is drying out. You know what I’m talking about, where it has a rubbery skin, waxy-chewy mouth feel, and tastes like the ice cubes from your grandma’s freezer.
I was offered a taste of a “featured” flavor, and it was awful. It tasted just like it looked & smelled – OLD.
I tried another flavor. The microscopic lump on the tasting spoon seemed ok, so I ordered a milk shake made from the ice cream.
That was a mistake. Once I had a mouthful of the milk shake, I could tell it might be a little newer than the “featured” flavor, but it still tasted old. I took a few more sips just to be sure, but decided I would throw it out later. I was tired, and didn’t feel like complaining.
When asked, one of the staff stated they serve only BlueBell Ice Cream. I thought to my self, isn’t that the cheap bulk junk in a plastic tub at the grocery store?
Maybe I expected too much from an Ice Cream Shop, but isn’t their SPECIALITY ice cream? Nothing special here, just lipstick on a pig.
I paid over $12.50 plus tip. Never again.

10 out of 10 they have the best ice cream in the whole world. It is so pretty and cute. Every single worker is nice. The managers are very nice and sweet and nice people. Y’all should go check it out. There’s a variety of ice cream and candies that you love and are tasty come visit them

I went in there today and it was wonderful. The employees are very helpful and the manager was a delight. The candies they have are some of the best I’ve had and I’m a candy lover, trust me. Very high quality products they use on everything. They also serve Blue Bell ice cream which is the best in my opinion. It is a must try location. Thank you to everyone that helped me out today
