Went in and had some awesome ice cream after dinner at Poutine eh. Loved that dessert was right next door! I am a sucker for cookie dough ice cream and theirs was the best! Lots of cookie dough chunks!! Yum! Loved the space, it was bright and cute. Great atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back

Hands Down the Best! Definitely tell it was Homemade! If you want high quality icecream, this is your place. I have tried coconut, strawberry and Peanut Butter chocolate. All were Great, but personal best was the Peanut Butter Chocolate.

Mallory was such a treat! She let us try all the unique flavors here and even gave some good suggestions. I ended up getting the lavender ice cream and had to out it in the freezer and when I ate it a couple days later the texture was still perfect. I would tell you all the amazing flavors here but go see for yourself! Get dessert first then go to get dinner at their other family restaurant Poutine Eh? a couple of doors down. A small costs $4 and it is the perfect size for an afternoon snack. Highly recommend and I will be back.

This cute little ice cream shop takes me back to the days when I was a kid! I love the cute decor & enough tables to linger & chat.
The owner is friendly & let us try a few flavors before we decided on our cones & pints. They alsi have Dairy free options made with cocomut base. The Carolina Reaper flavor had a bit of heat, all over but the ice cream mellows it a bit.
We decided on chocolate cherry jalapeno, the chocolate was up front, then very mild, not overwhelming cherry flavor, and a few mild warm bites of jalapeno here & there. I really liked it! Very smooth & creamy. The waffle cone was perfect.
We also got Blue Moon, it tasted like a flintstones push pop. Then some dairy free Rockabilly coffee flavor.
Will definetely return. Cant wait to try other unique flavors.

What’s the Scoop in Kennewick, WA, is an absolute delight! From the moment you walk in, the friendly service sets the tone for a fantastic ice cream experience. The variety of ice cream choices is impressive, with flavors to suit every palate. And here’s a tip: don’t forget to ask about the hidden treasures in the back freezer, as well as exploring the options in the display freezer!
One must-try is their unique “Chips and Dip” – a scoop of your favorite ice cream nestled in a crispy waffle cone, served in a chip style. It’s a perfect combination of textures and flavors. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, What’s the Scoop is a must-visit for a delightful and delicious treat!

New find! Very unique ice cream parlor with very cool and different flavors. I had the cone with Butterbeer, Caramelized Garlic, and Jalapeño Cheesecake. All tasted exactly like they sound but very delicious! The Butterbeer definitely tasted similar to the Frozen Butterbeer at Univeral Studios, the Caramelized Garlic had soft and chewy garlic pieces, and Jalapeño Cheesecake tasted like jalapeño without the spice! Make sure to pick up one of their temperature changing spoons! Great local place! An Amboy A++!

What’s the Scoop? The Scoop is, this place is amazing. The absolute most friendliest people work here. Greeted with, hello and welcome friends. Let us taste test all the flavors we wanted. And speaking of the flavors, crazy combos you wouldn’t think work but the do. I had a waffle cone with 1 scoop Poblano Pepper and Mole and 1 Scoop of Mango and Tajin. Absolutely amazing. Lemmon and blackberry, Banana and caramel, somthing called blue lagoon, i think there was like 10 flavors. Then I was told that they had one coming, that is, Bourbon and Bacon. It was in the fridge, tasted it, and bought 3 pints of it. Looks like they are doing a club membership as well, and that sounds like a great deal as well. The flavors continually change week to week. Great place, Great people, Great ice cream. Thank you, What’s the Scoop? You guys exceeded all my expectations with service and product. Amazing

It’s tucked away, so What’s the Scoop? Absolutely awesome ice cream flavors mixed with an enjoyable tasting experience makes this ice cream spot stand out!
Their ice cream flavors can range from standard fare (done very, very well) to creative concoctions such as the ones we tried today as part of their Harry Potter week! These flavors include Dumbledore’s Favorite Rolls, Malfoy’s Attitude Adjustment, Ravenclaw Tea & Cookies, Electric Ginger-Ale – Longbottom Special, Butter Beer, and Hermione’s Summer Limeade!

I’m not huge on ice cream, but now… this place blows me away! Their classic flavors are amazing (the chocolate is like a luxury chocolate mousse), and I had to start buying them in the pints because 1-2 scoops just isn’t enough… the last trip in, my hubby discovered spiced cider with shortbread cookie chunks (you can see the texture and cookies in the picture, and it tastes amazing)! I found out that they do a pint of the month card that sells for $80 and is exactly what I’m going to be adding in for Christmas gifts this year to treat my family all year – very excited for mine❣️
