Not bad but not great either. The establishment was very clean, the staff was friendly. However the food quality wasn’t much over that of those very familiar fast food joints. I’d expect this place to have its own signature to stand out from other known fast foods.

My boyfriend and I were excited to try the food here for the first time just to be disappointed. We knew even in drive thru that you had to wait for your burger so it would be fresh, we didn’t mind that, what we minded is we waited half an hour then drove 15 mins home to realize we had spent 20 dollars on an order that they had gotten nothing right on! We had to tell the lady our order 4 times she repeated it back to us correctly Every time but they just don’t seem capable of getting anything right.

I Received a carryout, out of the 4 burgers,2 were OK @ best. The other 2 for me would give hockey pucks a bad name! The cheese sticks had NO flavor @ all. The only good thing was the chocolate malt, and it was GREAT!

While the burgers were marginal from a quality and taste standpoint, the service, staff, and wait time was poor at best. Before taking our order, the cashier admitted that he was “zoned out.” I had to ask him twice if he was done “zoning out” before he was ready to take our order. Despite my best efforts, he still got it wrong, which resulted in our 6 year old waiting for his cheeseburger even longer than the typical long wait that you can expect when dining here. Read the reviews, as it’s a common theme.
The second time wasn’t the charm, as the condescending and argumentative “manager” Maddie got it wrong again. When this was pointed out to her, and a refund was kindly requested, she insisted on arguing about pointless nonsense, insinuating that it was somehow our fault. Her tone was EXTREMELY condescending and disrespectful. When asked to leave the counter by the other manager multiple times, she insisted on continuing to argue in a viement attempt to prove that she was right, and somehow as the inconvenienced customers, we were wrong. She went so far is to to remind us that she was not only a “manager”, but she was also a “student.” Not seeing the relevance there, but it’s clear that she’s unstable and unfit to provide customer service at any level above sub par.
In summary, the long wait, high prices, mediocre food, and disrespectful service was enough for our family to determine that we won’t be back again. And we are residents of the area. As a final point of reference, I never write reviews. But this experience was such a joke, I felt compelled to share the story.
If you want to drop $30+ for burgers and fries for a family of four, coupled with long waits… By all means, give them a try. Otherwise, I’d avoid.

The employees are all so polite. Always have smiles on their faces. Their shakes are fantastic, and the use Uncle Ray’s ice cream.
