We ordered biscuits and gravy and the gravy was so gross in the container. I know what gravy tastes like and this was not appealing at all. We could not bring ourselves to taste it and our breakfast sandwich tasted like it had been sitting out for several hours. The bun was hard and the sausage tasted weird. You pay alot of money for food and not the quality we were wanting.

Whataburger is Whataburger. What separates the best from the rest is the staff and the service.
We were made to feel welcomed from the moment we arrived.
What made this visit truly spectacular is the noticeable level of pride exhibited by the exemplary staff in making the best burger they possibly could. The attention to detail was clearly obvious in the caramelization of the onions of my patty melt.
As a result of the “pride in a job well done” we experienced an exceptional visit here. Food was great but the level of good old fashioned amicable genuine customer service is what really impressed here.
Shockingly refreshing in the post pandemic world where mediocrity and indifference unfortunately often rule supreme to once again feel truly valued as a guest.
Couldn’t be happier with our visit.
All too often people don’t hesitate to complain but oddly develop selective amnesia when it comes time to compliment a job well done. BIG SHOUT-OUT to the entire staff!

Better than many full service restaurants. Very helpful and considerate order taker and food delivery woman. Mgr checking on everyone to insure satisfaction.
Someone was constantly cleaning tables, floor, drink machine.
I don’t recall previously receiving this level of service at a fast food restaurant.

THANK YOU STAFF at this whataburger. We celebrate my nephew, my little sisters son. There were about 35 or so people and they fit us all in. It was great to see so many members of my nephew last side of his family. To my dear sweet niece Annie, my little sister’s eldest, his sister with assistance put this together with her step mom and my nephews wife. Staff was quick on getting us our food ordered and came around every so often to see if we needed anything. Never knew one could have a birthday party and they, to me went above and beyond on taking care of us. Thank you again Whataburger staff and family.

Whataburger, like most fast food restaurants, is hit or miss. Got the Chicken Strips, Fries, and White Gravy. Fries were ok, chicken stripes were good, love the gravy.
