Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Stopped here for my daughter that wanted chicken strips. When she opened the box to tags a bite she noticed they tasted funny. When I took a look I noticed they were all raw just raw chicken. I did receive a refund. But I don’t think we will be stopping here again.

I eat at Whataburger a LOT, as a native Texan, it’s just comfort food. I eat at pretty much every Whataburger in town…
…but THIS Whataburger is the BEST!
It’s always clean, service is always excellent, and the Michael (I believe he’s the manager) is always very friendly, nice and takes care of things.
As a business owner, I recognize good leadership..clearly this location has excellent leadership. The staff are all in good spirits all the time and everything is done wonderfully.
Bottom line, somebody give these people a raise!

I hope you all are excited to spend $40 for a couple of sandwiches that look this delicious. My 9 year old could have done a better job. Zero pride in anything. Mediocre is the standard I guess. Kinda sad. Whataburger used to be the guaranteed spot for a quick great meal. I guess they have joined the ranks of all the other sub par places.

We frequent this location often, but this evening, Daniel was the cashier. His customer service is top notch, especially for a fast food restaurant. He made sure our order was correct, he was very friendly with everyone in the seating area as well as those he was waiting on. As a customer, I wanted you all to know what a great employee you have working for you!!

I wish zero stars was a thing worst Whataburger I have ever been to for both service and quality of food. Save the 45 min hassle pop 3 pepto shots and drive two blocks up the road to Taco hell… there is a dumpster in the taco cabana parking lot across the street that I’d recommend before sending someone here…

We had a double meat, green chili cheese Whataburger meal with large onion rings, a Whataburger meal with large fries, and they were both really good! The wait staff and the manager who, by the way, brought our meal to the table, were top notch!

First visit: still only the drive-thru was open. (Dining area & curbside will open soon.) The line moved quickly and, since I was in the outside lane, a person was waiting to take my payment. The same person brought the order out when it was ready. It all took about 5 minutes.
The food was hot, fresh & tasty – just as expected. We’ll be back frequently!
Update: decided to eat in the dining area. It took awhile to get the food… the buns were kind of hard & wasn’t exactly hot.

Happened to be on this side of town and stopped for breakfast. Overall, it was fine. The food was hot and came out fairly fast and the service was quick and very friendly. I really only had two quibbles, one minor and one more major. I sat at the high counter, and the footrest creaked and squeaked like crazy if you put any weight on it. More importantly, I had a fountain drink and the CO2 was badly set. It foamed up so bad that the cup was half foam and basically went flat instantly. If they can fix that, I’d give it a better rating. Still OK overall.

Stopped in for breakfast while a loved one was having surgery across the street. Only had a BOB one of my all-time favorites! Breakfast on a bun with bacon and the perfectly golden hash brown sticks.
