Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

This was my second time visiting Whataburger first time at this location. Ordered the Monterey melt combo and it was okay decent tasting burger just nowhere near as good as Blake’s lotta burgers, New Mexico style burger The onion rings just ok The fountain drink was huge though, and the customer service was amazing very friendly employees

I placed an order for two number 2’s well done with bacon, cheese, grilled onion, grilled jalapeños, no tomatoes. The burgers were not well done and were standard made per just placing an order for number 2 with no changes per what I paid for. The order came back undercooked, no bacon, no jalepenos,with tomatoes and soggy. I called and spoke with Maria to have it replaced and she only placed my burgers and made me pay for my fries and I bought and extra meal. The order again came back ExACTLY the same and messed again and unedablely soggy. I called again and she said it was my mistake. The location is on 75th ave just north of mcdowell rd and we are not all homeless and discriminated as if we are. The manager is pleasant to hispanics. I will leave this same as a review that Whataburger is not BlACK people friendly and BLACK people should no longer purchase food from the establishment. The food quality given is very poor quality and not worth the high prices and obvious discriminations.

I ordered at the drive through, they gave me the wrong sandwich, I went inside. The rep offered to replace the sandwich right away. After it was made, I asked for replacement fries and she asked for the others that I had! What kind of customer service is that? Is it your purpose to mess up an order, inconvenience someone, and insult them all in one go? Success has occurred if that’s the case!

First time there I did drive through. Wrong pop, onion rings were on the doughy side. Price comparable to other chains. Second time on line order. Waited way too long. People in drive through were done and gone while I waited. No napkins, fries not hot and pickles were not supposed to be on the burger. I don’t see going back to the place.

This place is inefficient; there’s too much staff, but they’re all useless, running around in circles, chatting, and not attending to customers. They constantly lose online orders and have orders that nobody claims. It frustrates me to go to that place. The supervisor should cut the staff so they’ll actually work properly.

We love Whataburger! Any time we’re in AZ or TX we have to get a burger and a shake! The folks that work there are friendly and the service is always good. 2 stars for atmosphere due to the sketchy area, but that is not the fault of Whataburger. I reside in CA and would have to give a slight edge to Whataburger over In-n-Out!

They missed half our order. This has been the third time this has happened, then when you call. They act stupid. They can’t get an order rate to save their life here it’s embarrassing. Someone help this place out. We ordered two burgers to fries and 2 orders of wings for the family. Never received any sauces nor the wings. I’m not a huge complainer but this location sucks. They have always missed something.

Smashed the patty to a thin slice, half a slice of bacon on avocado burger, asked for a crafted lemonade no ice, gave me a prickly pear with ice to the top. Large fries were not to the top and almost no avocado.
I normally am not too particular on fast food as mistakes happen but I mean this was probably the worst I have experienced from whataburger.
