Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

We came through the drive through yesterday afternoon. The order taker was rude from the start and when she couldn’t hear my drink order she replied what “what?” Then when I received my food the large fries I ordered could’ve definitely fit into a medium but my burger was fine. I go to this location plenty of times and always have an amazing experience but this one time. Please make sure that orders a fulfilled before sending them out and if you have employees that are rude please place them in other parts where they do not have to speak with others meaning customers

What can I say it’s Whataburger a staple food group in Texas. A soild burger that hits the spot. The fries as a good combo of crispy and crunchy. Went through the drive thru this morning. Ordered and pulled up to the window behind another car and sat there for 15 plus minutes. Apparently the car in front had a massive order. Pro tip. Have them pull off and keep the line moving. Our food was ready and cold sitting at the window. Tried to talk to the lady at the window and she didn’t acknowledge a thing we said and didn’t give us our card back without asking. What a waste of time and money.

Brotherrrr. This location is so consistent… on messing up. We’ve resorted to ordering inside and even then they don’t get our orders right.
Daira was the one that gave us our food without ketchup and she told us to next time ask for the cups at the front counter, I mean we would if there was someone there to begin with.

The food is usually good, but this location consistently fails to maintain the syrup/concentrate for the soda fountain, and I have frequently been given extremely watered down drinks or incorrect orders. As other reviews have stated, this location’s service is hit or miss. People choose this location out of last minute convenience.
