Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I kick myself EVERY single time I realized I ordered from this store. From Uber eats to whataburgers own app, this place always takes too long. I live 3 miles from this place and it takes nearly an hour, consistently, every time, to get delivered.

Was running late so we called and the worker said they don’t deliver and the food is still there and we have to pick it up and get a refund through the app
So we leave and then the order is picked up and taken to our house

Place an order on the app, showed up at curbside for the pick up like 5 minutes after the pick up time and still waited 10 mins to receive my food! It should’ve already been ready since I got there , so why wait till I get there to start making my order!? Defeats the purpose of online ordering!

I’m not sure if I got there at a bad time or if this is just the way the restaurant is, but everyone I interacted with seemed to have a bad attitude. The cashier that took my order seemed annoyed that she had to work. So I just ordered it meals and went on.
Ever available take was dirty and the trash bins were overflowing. I went to ask is someone could clean the tables and was met with annoyance, again. The cashier did come out and wipe down the table and took our recipe and crumbled it up as we were moving our drinks. I told her that we still need that and she scoffed as she gave it back. None of the other tracks were cleaned, the floors were wet from spilled sodas and the restaurant wasn’t even full. Our order was not correct and was not even hot. They did attempt to fix it by adding extra cheese, but by this time I was really upset, but I didn’t complain. After a while, a team finally came out and wiped down the table and took it the trash. I understand that when a rush happens, some things slide, but this was unacceptable. This was my first time at this location and left me with a bad experience. We might go back if things improve.

Horrible service, Took 15 mins with my phone to pay with apple pay, All my order was wrong missing dippsings, & Onion rings, The cheese burger i asked with american chesse Not Pepper jack & Put jalapenos on a kids meal burge, The meal was for a little kid!! Come on!
