Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

1st time having a whataburger.
Burger: Chicken a bit dry, no much flavor/seasoning, bread was okay. Size was good not too small not big.
Fries: They were really good, but I could easily compare to another fast food chain, I must add they didn’t have regular ketchup only spicy one.
Drink: got a Medium size and it was pretty big couple of different flavors for a fountain drink but Coke was out of order.
service: Cashier felt like she was in a rush, didn’t smile once so safe to say lacks customer service, the gentleman that brought our food was friendly.
Place: It was clean and organized, so we cam appreciate that.

As this is a new business staff and location is getting settled in. The location is currently 1/26/23 for dine in.
To be a new business great customer service.
The food was fresh and tasted as a Whataburger should. The mustard was evenly spread. They got my order correctly. French fries where fresh and the tea… holy hell it tasted like sweet tea. Yummy.
The low point: they don’t ask the right question to avoid the person to repeat themselves. 10 mint wait …
But over all it’s new … and they still need the practice.

First time at Whatabuger…I don’t get the hype…it wasn’t terrible but certainly not worth the price. Didn’t even get the sauces I asked for. But server was nice so she got them a 3. The chicken strips do not look like these pictures and the same for burger barely any avacado in it so I will probably never visit one of these ever again.

Whataburger always comes through! Every time I go, the service is fast and the staff is super friendly — it’s consistent and appreciated. I always order the grilled chicken salad and it’s always fresh, flavorful, and made just right. It’s hard to find that kind of consistency at fast food spots, but they really nail it every time. Definitely one of my go-to places!

Sooo disappointed at how minimal the Whataburger Jr has become. Patty as thin as cheese with no flavor and cheese as thin as paper. Visiting for holidays and was so looking forward to our W treat, but very disappointed.

SLOW SERVICE. Also Sent me out with wrong order and refused to replace or make it right. I would avoid this Whataburger! Find another one to eat at!

Ordered a plain double cheeseburger. Got it with no cheese. They make a separate charge for it (which is fine) then they proceeded to hand me a bag with cheese in it lol.

The overnight crew sucks. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Been sitting here waiting for 45 minutes and still haven’t gotten our food. Anthony TX location needs staff that give GREAT customer service and that know how to work in a FAST food chain.
