It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I love the service this sweet young lady gave me . her name is Ana she was so sweet checked on me even when it was a full lobby she was so sweet and gave me great service unlike most of them they were so rude and when I told her they forgot my fries she nicely went back to get them and they yelled at her for going back there to get my fries but she was working back and forth to help others infront and me . and whataburger needs to have more people helping in front and honestly ana was the most helpful sweetest person I met at manor whataburger ❤️ because usually when I go and order inside they look mad and don’t greet and they have attitude:(

Out of all the times that I’ve went to grab lunch from Whataburger I’ve never had an issue with my food until today there was a good chunk of hair in my fries they gave me a ketchup packet that was sliced open and had hair stuck to it and my burger was not wrapped and there was also hair in the bag it’s underneath the burger and fries . This is beyond disgusting and all employees should be wearing hair nets to prevent this type of issue again

When through the drive through and they forgot my ranch and buffalo sauce, I asked if they could give me some and the manager yelled at the cashier’s stating it’s was in the bag. That’s so un ethical specially coming from management! Those cashiers are definitely not working in a safe environment and they need to report her!

everytime i come here, theodor takes my order and without a doubt in my mind i know my order is going to be messed up. i went a couple weeks ago and ordered TWO meals and specified the difference between the first meal and the second, i don’t know where the third meal came from? he doesn’t read my order back he has his hand out for payment, he then mumbles the total after i handed my card over, i then look at the receipt and see i just paid $50 for 3 meals, i told him it was suppose to just be 2 meals and he doeent say anything, he doesn’t ask me how i want my money back he just gives me cash doesn’t apologize or anything. i went again this morning, im damn near having a stroke trying to order my food because he kept cutting me off and asking me if it’s a meal or by itself, it takes me a good 5 minutes to order my food and then i finally get up to the window, ofc my order isn’t read back to me, just a hand hanging out the window for payment, i finally get my food and OF COURSE it’s wrong, i then tell them it’s wrong and now i have to wait another 5 minutes for the correct meal. I’ve worked in fast food before, i completely understand how frustrating it can be & tiring. One thing yall need to start doing is checking these bags before handing them out, double checking the bags to make sure the correct item is side the bag, make sure the condiments yall don’t forget to charge are in there too, yall have more than enough employees walking around and just standing there. this is bare minimum yall should be doing. this is frustrating as a customer, yall are not cheap and charge for the smallest things, the least yall can do is hand out the correct food & condiments.

Not usually a takeout kind of gal. I love cooking but after a late-night jazz session, I decided to give Whataburger a try. I went for the onion rings and chicken bites… and wow ! My bacon cheeseburger was good! Highly recommend checking your order before leaving if not dining in a few of us needed corrections.

They made it right though

I probably come your way too much, but the food is always good. Always comes out on a timely manner and I don’t think it’s ever been brought out wrong. I love it when I get to the restaurant and one of my Favorite cashier Deon I already has my order rung up before I asked for anything it’s great.
